Nostalgic game, great visuals for a 2007 game.
Do yourself a favor and stop playing the second you enter the Alien ship. Everything after that point is completely awful. The rest is pretty fun, even if i admit i was never that hot on this game even back when it came out.

inside the groundbreaking graphics, crysis leaves little to desire. the korean levels really make the game where the open ended areas are more fleshed out and allow the most player freedom as well as the koreans being more fun to fight, especially w higher difficulties where you can’t understand a word they’re saying. the ceph levels are easily the worst part of the game for me, more of a chore to get through, not fun to fight, and it essentially take away what made the game stand out and turned it incredibly linear, but what crysis does good, it does really good.
CAN YOUR PC RUN CRYSIS ON ULTRA WITHOUT BLOWING UP AND KILLING YOUR WHOLE FAMILY?

This is the first game I ever bought and I still keep the physical copy. It was the reason why I met my best friend from childhood who sadly passed away in 2017. The game was known for having great graphics and a "But can it run Crysis" meme but I always thought it to be underrated.
Graphics aside, Crysis has a lot of bugs and atrocious AI.
On a positive note:
• Not many games give you this freedom of tackling the objectives the way you want.
• Crysis doesn't hold your hands. You can go gun blazing, snipe everyone from a distance, sneak pass or stealthy take down everyone.
• Back in 2007, the option to customise your guns on the go was innovative.
• The story is good. There are some missions where you can drive a tank and a V-TOL and it's a great change of pace.
Overall, I highly recommend getting Crysis outside of testing your PC.

The developers travelled to 2021, stole the code of a game, messed with the timeline, and Crysis was born. That being said, the game's boring and 3 of my laptops died at its hands
At first I was super excited about the game. the suit mechanics, gameplay, then it got really dull midgame. thought it was gonna be all the same forwards, the I entered the "cave" and my excitement got up again. It was a good game overall. Great story!

Classic, absolutely groundbreaking for it's time. Great protagonist, great OST, very fun gameplay, tight shooting mechanics on a game this old is quite impressive. This game was lightyears ahead of it's time.
Really cool ideas in this game. The physics system is nuts and the powers are fun. The game (and series) sadly falls off when the map turns snowy.
The original version always looked weird on my PC for some reason (some sort of texture bug, I think) I prefer the remastered version for that reason. Either way, the game falls off a cliff after the first few hours.
Gamed back at around 2010. Made it through. Cool experience. Last sections, maybe already after change of island, have been a bit nah.

Far cry but a bajillion times prettier. Powers are cool the sandbox is interesting but the missions are wtv and the aliens kinda ruin all of that.
