A solid return to form. I remember playing ONLY the fruit map tho, it was like the only good map. More maps would've helped, bc the ones that were there were so bland lol.
This is a disappointing Mario Party. It's fun and all, but my expectations were way higher

Not good, bad minigames for the most part, bad mechanics, garage or cheap AF AI, nothing to love here.
Good fun for family and friends. A little uninspired but I'm just glad they got rid of everyone being in the same cart.

Why does this game have no fun boards and forces you too play with a single joycon?

It's fun every now and then , I like the idea of different characters having different dice blocks , and there being an actual tier list for them is really funny to me , of the Mario Party games I've played , look forward to both the mini games and the actual board part , but here ... yeah the boards are extremely boring and underwhelming , none of them feel unique and that part of the game isn't really all that fun . The mini games are mostly pretty fun , but that can't make up for the lacklustre boards . I'd rather play Mario Party 8 for the millionth time which I never get tired of than Super Mario Party that gets old after about 4 games any day
lackluster maps and game modes
A pretty good return to form for Mario Party, after the previous few that had everyone sharing a vehicle all the time. Only 4 boards, but there's a good selection of modes, and a surprising amount of unlockables and things to complete. But most importantly, the minigames on offer are good fun.

I will never play this ever again now that all-stars released.
Apparently not the best one but it's the only one I've played with friends and we had a great time

I’ve played this game a lot with friends and family and it’s pretty good. I like what they tried to do but I just prefer traditional Mario Party. If you get bored of Superstars this game has a lot good to offer, but it’s definitely not as good.
I like the party game for what it is and the joycon moving mode was fun for my parents and in-laws.
Clearly was a sample of more to come, but still fun and nice to see the old format back

The one joycon mechanic always made me so mad. The minigames weren't that fun either, and it's boards were lack luster.
i wish there were more boards but the dice mechanic is so fun and a few of the minigames are top tier

Once someone gets 3 Buddy Phones they basically have an automatic win button
