Great gameplay focused in puzzle solving. This is my first 2D Zelda so I can't compare, but I really enjoyed it

it's a great zelda game and my favorite one on the ds and no i won't elaborate

My favorite top down zelda by far, really hope it gets preserved in some way.

Como a Link to the Past pero casi que mejor

Can we pls talk about this game more

Great bite sized Zelda with a clever overarching mechanic. What's old is new again.

Great game, the wall merging mechanic is awesome and makes for some really good puzzles.
I did not enjoy the renting items mechanic tho, it was just annoying and repetitive, also for some reason I can't enjoy the 2D Zeldas as much as I do the 3D ones, I've never even got to finish A Link to the Past due to just being bored while playing, although, I do have plans to give it another chance some time in the future, maybe I just wasn't in the mood?
Also, while most of the dungeons were good, some were just tiresome, especially the last one.
Even with all these problems, I've had a great time playing A Link Between Worlds, it has really fun mechanics with some really fun dungeons to accompany it, one of the best 3DS titles for sure.

this game is so good i love the story its so cool💯

good zelda game

wish the weapon system was more based on unlocks rather than rupees n whatnot but still nice

fun

I cannot tell you how much my mind was blown as a kid by that damn ending

I wanted to take my time with this game when I got it. I beat it in less than a week

The exploration in this was great! The non-linear nature removed the challenge and hurt the dungeons though. The renting system is ruined by the difficulty a bit, and the dungeons, while still quite good, could have been top tier with more than one item used in them.

I don't even know where to start when talking about this game. First of all, it's a remake/sequel of one of the most important games of my life, not only that, but it's a masterfully done improvement and expansion of it. There's some annoying little crap when talking about the level design here and there, but it's nothing compared to how fun and unique the whole thing is. The dungeons, the merge mechanic, the incentive to exploration, the bosses, the little minigames, the weapons, Ravio... man, it's been a while since I felt this in love with a game.

Then there's the soundtrack. I insist on talking about separately because A Link to the Past soundtrack is already absurdly good, but listening for the first time to the beautifully done orchestral remixes this game has was a whole another level. Every moment in the simple but amazing story, like the classic pull the Master Sword moment or when you rescue the Seven Sages, is made 100x better by a whole new epic version of the current overworld theme. It couldn't feel more heroic.

The story is simple but it's so cool, beautiful ending, fun characters, and some pretty crazy twists. Also, the Dark World is way more interesting in this one. I just wished the main characters of the story, mainly Yuga, had more interactions. If you're one of the people that love Zelda and haven't played this game yet, do yourself a favor and play it NOW! I don't care if you play it on an emulator, on a calculator, or an airplane seat screen. Just do it because this game deserves a shit ton more recognition.

so incredibly charming and fun! i'd say the only thing that didn't click with me was the rent system. whenever i would die, i would just quit the game and start from the last save bc i thought it wasn't worth it losing all those rupees and start from your house (?). but other than that, it was a heartwarming experience. i even collected all the maiamai babies bc they were so cute and exploration is SO fun!

Pretty good TLOZ game. I really like how it's like a sequel to a link to the past.

cara, é a link to the past só que mais legal e cheio de mecanicas divertidas, não tem como ser ruim

like link to the past, but i never felt any incentive to do anything. why would i wanna go play a dungeon to get an item when i could just rent it? sorta like the feeling of looking at a thousand movies on Netflix and not watching anything. i'll give it another go someday since link to the past is one of my favorites and everyone seems to like this one so much

I can't believe I spent the last 10 years sleeping on this game and it ends up in my top 3 Zelda games of all time.

The music?? The snappy gameplay and mechanics??? The characters??? The dungeons?? Bosses?? The worlds??? They went CRAZY on this for no damn reason!! While looking stunning for a 3DS game and running smooth as hell. My only super minor complaint is the in-game art style's identity isn't as outstanding as the rest of the series but that really doesn't matter when you made the best 2D Zelda ever.

also Ravio is my GOAT this isn't for discussion

Una de las cosas que más me sorprendió es que el cartucho Europeo es verde, yo tenía uno amarillo porque lo compré en Venezuela.

fantastic game both in story and mechanics, and the exploration is really fun

Very good zelda game with very good dungeons and bosses. Really enjoyed the Lorule aspect being a reversed Hyrule and the wall merge mechanic was a very unique and well executed idea.
