When I first played A Link Between Worlds, I was a bit skeptical. I had never gotten into 2D Zelda before this game, and honestly had no intention of going back.
But soon into my first playthrough of the game, it took me over. I played this as much and as often as I could. I wanted to do everything and see everything. Much of that is thanks to an extremely tight world design where you're never on a screen that has no point of interest.
Link's toolset is also one of his best to date, and I love all of the interactions that each item has with the mechanics of the overworld as well. The game's world design explores depth in a way most 2D games only scratch the surface of.
I really like the two worlds angle this game goes for from a level design perspective and hope that the Zelda team doesn't only stick to remakes of 2D games from here on, I would love to see them tackle a new 2D Zelda at some point. While 3D Zelda will always remain my preference, A Link Between Worlds absolutely earns a recommendation and is part of the reason the 3DS has such a strong library.

A Link to the Past'in ruhani devamı ve onu sevdiyseniz bunu da kesinlikle seversiniz.
A solid entry into the Zelda franchise. Not only is it a return to the tried-and-true 2D style of Zelda games, but it takes an already familiar world and adds a new approach to its exploration and puzzles. The story itself was pretty decent and the overall game itself was quite enjoyable. It looks nice and the music was as you'd expect from a Zelda title and had decent remixes of the themes in A Link to the Past.
It is a perfect mixture of freedom to choose the order to tackle the dungeons after you have beaten the first half of the game and acquired the Master Sword.
It puts you straight to the gameplay as they decided to focus way more into the freedom you want to approach areas and the dungeons have a smart design in which all of them feel doable and there isn't any particular difficulty spike as it is quite friendly for all kinds of players. Don't let your guard down in Hero Mode, though.
One key thing you must remind whenever you feel stuck somewhere is to remember that you have the merging mechanic, when you don't know what to do and your items don't work, merge must be the solution for most cases.
The music is amazing and high quality as you can expect and I can't say much more for this games, it wonderfully acomplishes what it sets out to do.

A delightful fantasy adventure in a familiar world, link between worlds delivers both a phenomenal Zelda experience full of laugh out loud characters AND surprising twists from start to end.
This is the best 2D Zelda, and it’s clear that it was the last Zelda before Breath of the Wild. It’s both the true sequel to link to the past AND the playground for what they end up doing in botw. It’s fresh but classic. It revisits but innovated.
