My only entertainment for a week in Ireland

One of the most iconic wii games and wii sports games ever with such a memorable theme. I’ve had so many good times and memories with this game playing it alone and with my family/friends. Flying the airplane around the island and volcano was always my favorite fucking thing to do on this game along with the sword fighting thing (the amount of times that damn game pissed me off though oh my god).

a really good sequel which you would never expect from a mini-game collection type dealio yah the games are more involved but they don't lose their Arcady feel

Swordplay, bowling, ping pong, frisbee, basketball, wakeboarding, and archery are all bangers and Air Sports might be my most played game on the Wii. There are some not so great games in here like power cruising, cycling, and especially canoeing, but it doesn't really matter as the quality of the rest makes up for it. Such a great experience, truly the ultimate Wii Sports game.

I think like 60% of the sports here aren't great but I had way too much fun with so many of them.

nothing will beat this god tier game

I feel like this was the last time a Wii Sports iteration was truly fun. The additions of the wii sword fighting, and basketball of all things have to have generated some of the greatest couch co-op experiences in gaming that I have ever witnessed. That is probably what I will miss about both this, and Wii Sports the most.

The game improves upon the original Wii Sports which was already a perfect game. I loved doing the solo flights and sword games. I only bring it down with how annoying the Wii Pro Motion was. The game constantly needed to be calibrated which was always tedious if you wanted to play for hours. But I love almost everything else about this game.
