i want to like this game more than i do but some of the puzzles are so unintuitive

J'avais pas vu autant de génie en terme de game design depuis Koisak RP sim

started having an issue (dunno if it's mac specific or not) where it would stop responding to certain click interactions, preventing me from progressing - at first i was reloading from checkpoints to reset this but as this became increasingly frustrating during the puzzle across the last two screens i nearly abandoned the game right before the ending before thankfully managing to restore functionality without resetting progress by repeatedly toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode.

anyway it's another samorost.

Basically as soon as I finished the first game, I downloaded this and immediately started playing. This sequel came out two years after Samorost 1, and it's a better game than that one in pretty much everything. Game length is still not the longest, but I am more than fine with that. According to steam I clocked a little over an hour and 10 minutes on it, and that seems accurate. The artstyle remains charming as fuck, and there's a lot of new things to see in this game. Music is also still quite relaxing and very appropriate, but writing this exactly 3 months after beating it I can't remember any of the tracks off the top of my head. They were perfectly appropriate for the situation. Puzzle situation had a lot of moon logic moments, and I'll admit I looked up a guide at one point because I did not know what to do next. A couple puzzles have a lot of steps and there's some long animations that are cute the first two or three times but start to get grating after a while. Still a very decent point and click romp, but I think playing it so close to the first one makes them blend in my head now.

Like the original, a bizarre point 'n click puzzle game with all the personality and quality you would expect from an Amanita Design game, even if it is one of their first.

Como el original un bizarro juego de puzles point 'n click muy corto con toda la personalidad y calidad que se puede esperar de un juego de Amanita Design, incluso siendo uno de sus primeros.

Better than the fist one, another classic.

Just like the first Samorost, this one doesn't leave you disappointed!
While the original is better, this one has that beautiful artstyle that fans were expecting.

I personally loved this one and would play it again!

Like for the first game, I adore the bonkers art style typical of Amanita Design.

My favourite funny scene was in Mount Seal, where you have to fill up the fuel tank of the space taxi with the flying seals' gases.
The smoking man with the realistic face is pretty funny too.

Hilarious continuation of the small browser game Samorost. Marks the beginning of amazing adventure game series from studio Amanita Design, starring much more extensive and fascinating games such as Machinarium or Samorost 3.
