Pokemon legends arceus is a phenomenal game and has an amazing storyline and manages to keep plays still playing months after release mainly due to shiny hunters like myself,
The main story for the game is very fun and shocking it’s a thrilling and it’s very “dark” for a pokemon game but the visuals make the game go down in tiers for me and the fact that some Pokémon don’t even spawn in correctly for example if you try and do a Rosalia outbreak in the mirelands they spawn and then despawn the exact same ones which is annoying because some people may want to get a full shiny living den in the game but over all I would give the game a 4.2 out of 5

This was my introduction to the Pokémon games and I personally think it was a perfect place to start, not only does it have such a nice and vast different amount of interesting pokemon but it also expanded on from what pokemon x and y did with adding more mega evolutions and even adding a new form of them with primal kyogre and primal groudon, and the post game content was fun as well because you got to capture rayquaza and end up also getting a deoxys and every legendary in the game can be obtained shiny there are 0 shiny locks in the game which only makes it better the story is amazing even tho it is just a remake. Another part of the game that makes it better than the originals is the fact that it has three extra generations of pokemon which lets it give you more pokemon to use on your team.

I personally love pokemon sword and shield and in my opinion it is an extremely underrated game and all the new pokemon are unique and have an amazing design and some are given used types however the cut of 300 pokemon was quite annoying because some pokemon who I really liked just weren’t in the game even after the dlc released such as beedrill, cyndaquill, grimer and deoxys which is annoying because i absolutely love some of the pokemon which were cut however the story and characters in this game were very good and made up for some of the cut pokemon from the game however some features were also cut like mega evolution although it was replaced for dynamic pokemon which can effect every pokemon but only some get a form change and even the all it did was boost a moves damage by 30 - 40 power and gave your pokemon double health where as mega evolution actually changed the stats ability and type of some pokemon, but back to sword and shield we only got three initial legendary Pokémon being zacian, zamazenta and eternatus which really isn’t a lot where as Pokémon sun and moon got 19 legendary although the generation before that only got three as well so hopefully with Scarlet and violet we get a few more maybe 6 or 8 new legendary pokemon. but I still love sword and shield for all that it is and it’s amazing new pokemon who have been added to the franchise so I give the game 4.4/5
