It is literally the first game with better UI. There is a little new content but it's in the endgame and you need to the same things you did in Warband for 50+ hours.

Overall one of the great games, one negative thing is that map design sucks at the second half of the game.

The characters and the atmosphere is very cool but any other than these are just boring.
