Solid but very crusty platformer, The charm, and looney tunes references are here but the bad collision detection, annoying camera, and lack of difficulty hinder what otherwise could've been a short really fun license games

short and sweet arcade experience, the music is great and the ideas and world are really pretty and interesting. The gameplay is pretty unique as well. It's a little too short and the bosses are a complete joke but I had fun and would go back anytime

Man coming from the amazing wild arms 3 to this is jarring. The visuals are bland and kinda ugly and the amount of bland, boring dialogue here is mind-numbing, exploration is nonexistent as you travel in JUST a straight line. I don't care for the characters as they have nothing interesting about them. The game has a level select screen rather than an overworld taking me out of the experience. They decided to add platforming for whatever reason and yes it is bad. There are few positives here, some of the music is really catchy, the towns are really big and intricately designed (I'm a sucker for big towns), and the battle system while nothing amazing is something new and unique. I Want to go back to this game sometime as I'd like to finish the wild arms series but man it's just so boring.

There are very few games where I actually go "wow that's pretty clever" in terms of level design, This game managed to make me say that so many times it's unreal. The level design and gameplay might be the best I've seen in a 2d platformer. The visuals are very nice and the music is such a jam. The story is great surpassing the 1st game's. It surpasses the first game in practically everything, which I already thought was an amazing game. Although I think the bosses were a little underwhelming, they're still fun but they're too easy (especially the final boss) and when comparing them to the first game, I feel the first game comes out on top. Regardless that doesn't detract from the experience, Amazing game please play it.

WHERE IS THE VERSUS MODE?!?!?!

The Kids love their social medias. #Gadgetron

Lack of any real story, a mostly bland cast, uninteresting exploration, forced fetch quests, and a horrible progression system really brings the game down. The act of crafting itself is great though, the music is really nice, and the combat system is engaging & fun.

Really really shitty minigame collection, do NOT waste your time on this. Islands multiplayer game is sorta fun though

It's a short and cute RPG experience that I think any RPG fan should go back and play. It's kind of grindy but I can look past that and appreciate how refreshing this game is these days, no 70+ hour campaign, no complex narrative, and no party members, just go defeat the big bad.

Being honest? I don't see the appeal

This game sucks peter testicles

I had fun doing a casual run, it was a cute, short, jammin adventure with a bad framerate and sometimes annoying camera. Then it asked me to get almost every gold card in the game, so I did and it was sort of a pain but I still would've given this game 3 stars. The final levels you get, however, are horrible. They require frustratingly accurate bomb placement and hold the most annoying enemies in the entire game. Those final levels broke me, and I will never be the same again.
