A cute game that is very fun, but after a while it's hard not to feel like you've seen everything there is to it. I see myself popping in to play it every now and then.
With some of the most streamlined yet open level design in series history and greater focus on narrative, this game serves as one of the series best, and a highlight for 2D platformers.
The stylish, abstract visuals and catchy soundtrack are this game's strength, while level design can be cumbersome and obtaining the game's best ending can be a lot of trouble. Nonetheless, fans and newcomers can find a lot to like about it.
