It has potential, but ya know

Nice graphics, improved combat, but not very creative. It's better than the first(remake) and worse than the 0, which probably says it all

I played a pirated version of Dying Light when it launched since I didn't have any money at the time. Later on I bought this copy on Steam and had a blast playing through the campaign. The gameplay in this game is top-notch, the characters are very likable.
The story is good, it fits the promise, gives you a good concept to work for. The main hook of the game is it gameplay, parkour is very good, I think its just as good as Mirrors Edge, the feeling of freedom as you traverse through the zombie-filled-town, until night arrives...
The gameplay during the night is downright scary as f*ck, you will always be feeling nervous on your runnings. The DLC gives you new tools for traversal like the buggy and its interesting, not as good as the parkour, but not bad. The night in the camp is even scarier then on the city. I think this game is a hidden gem, it came from a complicated dev team who made Dead Island which was cool but problematic at its best, but this one is one hell of a game, don't sleep on it.

This game is the definition of "beauty in chaos".
The gun-play is astounding , the sound design is bombastic! Really, do yourself a favor and play this game, it's addictive and not overwhelming, except the graphics, which are glorious to look at.
I had some crashes, so be warned, but it was not very often, and also I didn't find any bugs or glithces.

Just got to play this game with the remastered collection. I found it very repetitive, the follow ups are nicer. Very repetitive, boring corridors, backtracking, etc. But it was an important game when it launched. Better played with a friend.

THIS GAME DOESN'T HOLD A CANDLE TO TITANFALL2
IF YOU'RE IN FOR THE DEVELOPER, FORGET IT. IT'S A VERY DIFFERENT GAME, MORE EA THAN RESPAWN.

The game borrows ideas from many games, but overall they don't work together or are not implemented that well, the save system doesn't have a purpose otherwise than trying to be similar to the souls games. The combat lacks feedback, the platforming is terrible. I tried to push foward trought the game, while its story isn't that interesting I tought that I was wrong about the game, but in the end it was just a very expensive game using an well know brand. It's difficult for me to stop playing a game even if I don't like it, so yeah, it sucks.
Also: Too many bugs. Looks like an unfinished idea.
