What's surprising is how this game was ten-times more fun playing it as a teenager than playing it as a little kid! The pacing to this game is great, and the stars you have to collect throughout the game aren't too complicated to find and get. This game's difficulty isn't too hard, or too easy. It's nice and perfect for any type of audience playing this game. I do love the pretty atmosphere and orchestral soundtrack, the level design is also really unique too, especially with the new power-ups.
I know this doesn't relate to the gameplay, but this game has the best cover art out of any other game. It's just so cool how they all stand amongst each other with the white light gleaming from behind them. Anyways, this game was very wonky especially for being released to the Wii. It's felt very stiff compared to it's previous entry into the series, but the roster was pretty good. I just dislike how they removed some of the characters that made their appearance in the last title. One thing I will give good credit to is the story mode. Subspace Emissary was the only thing that really kept me from playing this game. The cutscenes were very enjoyable to watch and I will say that they had good animation.
