A mech/robot fighter is definitely something I always wanted more of, pleasantly surprised to see this here after trying . Visuals are great and the gameplay is very competent but I imagine a lot of this game deals with matchups and counters more than I could understand from a sole playthrough. Shamelessly reversed gameplay for this one just to see the plot progression.

this game significantly easier than the first one. the artstyle change kind of threw me off because it gives me an aesthetic found usually on GBA.

it plays pretty solid for something that was unfinished but the game looks a little too gritty and grimy for my preference

its a pretty decent beat em up all things considered, I played this off its title alone I wasn't aware this was a comic series originally. only rating it lower than I want to for its lack of Cadillacs.

Just a really fun time. you could see a lot of foundation for MvsC3 here.

It's alright but it plays a bit too slow for my taste. playing this and all I could think of was how this was a missed opportunity to release on 3DS with how much the visuals emphasized depth and distance off the ground

The game is fun, pretty simple and straight forward beat em up that I'm glad didn't play clunky since it revolved around mechs. Had no clue what the plot or premise was on the account of it being Japanese only

this is better than metal slug games for me on the simple premise I can move in more directions than you could as a 2D side scroller so in theory I have a better sense of avoiding attacks (I died a lot nontheless). visually pretty good and it was a decently lengthed game. twin stick controls would probably feel great in this game

This might just singlehandedly be Midway's best game but I can't be too confident in that claim without trying their entire catalog which I don't see myself doing. Just a fun casual experience to have with friends with it mechanically feeling pretty solid and consistent

I think out of all the arcade racing games I played from youth till now, this game gets the title of probably being the most satisfying one of the bunch to play(for the time being as I write this review). game runs smooth so it doesn't feel choppy and an eyesore turning corners and trying to look at the track up ahead. this game mechanically is solid enough to probably have passed for an early rendition of racing simulation but keeping itself arcade and fast pace enough to where you won't feel bored doing simple circuit racing. had a great time playing manual and learning how to properly downshift and turn. even if I'm not getting top 5 placements in sessions for the time being I'm still gonna try to come back to get proficient

the novelty here lies in the 6 player possibility because otherwise its a pretty standard, borderline generic playing, beat em up. seeing a cabinet with 2 screens was interesting

Given its age I was expecting it to feel slow and unsatisfying but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself enjoying the simplicity of this. the trippy visuals really add flair to the cabinet

I genuinely don't know what I got into playing this game first before the other ones in the series but I mean it has some pretty cool visuals and the gameplay itself isn't bad at all

it's a relatively straightforward railgun shooter, despite the visuals being a bit dated I think they did a pretty good job with the renders. I played solo and got what I presume is the bad ending but I'm sure the final section is easy with a 2nd player

this game felt absurdly long for how little I played
