Very simple story and fun to play. Probably one of my favorite Metroid-vanias. The scattered upgrades to power-up are great as well. The bosses are very fun in that they make you have to change your power-ups to adapt to their fighting style. There's also a bunch of characters scattered across the castle giving you hints as to what's going on, and it makes you want to keep playing to see what happens.
I think Fortnite is an amazing game, because it did its very own thing in the multiplayer pvp genre. The only battle royales that were popular at the time were PUBG and H1Z1, so it was very original. The building mechanic was the perfect feature the game needed and it is very fun to learn how to build in the game. Because of its loving development team I never get bored since there's new skins, guns, and maps constantly rotating. I think people hate on this game because they don't want to learn new mechanics.
I've been playing Valorant since Beta, and used to be a huge fan of CSGO. Valorant gave CSGO fans a second wind to keep the 5v5 tactical shooter genre fresh by adding new characters, different kinds of guns, and completely new maps. My only pet peeve the the fanbase/community is toxic/annoying, but other than that, if you have friends to play it with, it is a lot of fun and I would try it out.
