Good entry into the series, gameplay was alright. Flood sections of the game felt like a chore to get through on harder difficulties. Game would also stutter pretty badly on remastered mode so I ended up playing mostly in classic

Great game, a lot better than I remember on a revisit. Gameplay style is very similar to classic GOW so it didn't take long to get used to. Had to switch difficulties back and forth sometimes, not because the game is hard but some enemies would take an unreasonable amount of damage to kill so it got pretty annoying. Also I'm pretty sure I got minor carpel tunnel from all the button mashing it had me doing. QTE were pretty cool as well but you can almost hardly tell what button you had to press in time cause it was pretty hard to notice. Other than these few gripes, great game

Another ip that's been lost to time. It's sad because this was a pretty good game, minus some fps stuttering. Really cool ideas here, hopefully 1 day it gets revived but that's probably a pipe dream :/

Clunky ass controls had me coughing up blood. Game is okay, wasn't expecting much anyways but it was nice to see different bts perspectives of the neighborhood of a childhood show I grew up watching

Solid game, stays true to the classic Gow formula. Gameplay aged well and doesn't feel clunky. It's short but honestly it's more for the story to convey how much Kratos gets fucked over by the Gods.

Dope ass game but the character models are ugly as fuck lmfao. This game brought me and my cousin closer than ever which I'll never forget

The main reason people shit on this game is cause it isn't the Og Dante everyone knows. This is a more than decent hack n slash game with a good soundtrack, cool level design and a fun challenge. I can definitely say that the story is a cheesy mess. Good game, but not a good Devil May Cry game

Gets a lot of undeserved hate, game was great and had a lot of really fun moments. The multiplayer for this game was incredible and I'm extremely sad that not enough played to get a decent lobby a few months after release :(

Great game but I never finish rockstar games for some reason lmao

Crazy ass difficulty spikes at times and I started doing chip damage around the Buu saga. Get's repetitive really fast. Graphics and exploring the world while flying around freely was very nice

All I remember is getting 1 tapped all the time lol

I stayed up on release night for this and played into 7am without blinking. Great game, amazing soundtrack, gorgeous graphics and compelling story. Should revisit it for the platinum one day.

I remember playing this game up to 4am and missing the platinum cause of 1 trophy. So I restarted on the spot and didn't sleep for another 12 hours just for the platinum. Good times :')

Fun game but clunky as all fuck sometimes. Some bosses had some absurd difficulty spikes. Still pretty fun and didn't age too badly when played nearly 14 years later

Was just okay, nothing really stood out. No challenge, gameplay was okay, every level felt the same and nothing felt new. Would've been great if it was a remake of the first game but with this gameplay style.
