Everyone and their mother has played Pac-Man. It's one of the most well known video games of all time, even 40+ years later. But despite having MANY installments, sequels and spin-offs, I feel like people don't really view it as a true series in the way they do Mario or Donkey Kong. I think part of the reason for this is that over the years Namco really tried to fit the franchise into every genre mold you could think of. A great deal with them aren't in any way puzzle or arcade inspired. I haven't played every one, but I have played a great deal of them. These are the titles that I personally think are worth checking out.
