Truly one of the games ever. I quite pretty quickly - nothing about the gameplay grabs me and I'm not keen on the cash-grabbiness of it.

A beautifully horrifying game world that suffers from objectives that are just too esoteric to progress. Supposedly since I played the game they've added something of a checkpoint system, but personally, I'm not interested in revisiting the game.

It's fun, but gets old rather quickly. The multiplayer aspect is easily one of Mindustry's biggest strengths.

(Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to try out Factorio.)

Great concepts - I am an SCP enjoyer, after all. I find the gameplay not very engaging, however, and couldn't stomach a full playthrough.

Probably the most adorable city building game ever devised. It tickles my strategy brain whilst offering a city that frankly, brings me back to building little cities on LEGO mats as a child. The witch is my wife. Kingdoms and Castles is worth every penny; you, dear reader, should play it.

I'll confess, while I did play a couple runs of this game, I watched my partner play it to completion instead of doing the entire storyline myself. I'm not so big on deck builders, you see... That said, this is a really special game in my opinion. I am captivated by its creepy atmosphere and the mechanics are joyfully simplistic on the face yet can get so, so complex if you dig deeper... Oh, if only there were extended modes of the other Scrybes.

Ridiculously wordy interactions that break my suspension of disbelief something fierce. No one talks like this! And it's not charming!

Beautiful aesthetics, but the gameplay is very lacking. There's very little instruction, most of the environments are samey so it's easy to get lost, and the mechanics are simple and repetitive. This game is unfinished and unpolished. Not even worth getting on sale.

Every single button, activity, and system in ARK: Survival Evolved feels bad. It is anti-fun. You're introduced to a stunning natural world full of amazing ancient creatures, and for some time, that might entertain you enough to keep playing. But as the frustration with building, crafting, taming, and even moving slowly builds up, you'll come to realize that this game is a waste of time.

It's a shame, because the creatures in this game look great and interacting with and taming them should be great. Unfortunately no taming method feels good to play. They're all simply time gated activities so PVP doesn't become a meme (except it's still a meme).

This game does not feel designed. This game does not feel thought-out. This game is to a bridge a bunch of unruly wooden boards held together by duct tape. To the last, ARK was like a buggy mess with a garbage coding foundation.

Delightfully silly. I became something of a Super Gamer when it came to figuring out these wacky physics. This game improves with friends, but you can have a good time doing stupid stuff in public groups as well.

I didn't grow up with RuneScape at all - played it for the first time a couple years ago. It's tediously enjoyable, and I imagine had I found it as a child I would have sunk a countless number of hours into it.

Very Runescapey. If that's your cup of tea, you'll probably have a good time.

There is nothing about this game that engages me aside from the pretty graphics. Even then, the character models stray too far into "imvu territory" for me personally.

I'm sorry, I am one of those people who loves to cause trouble. It's quite silly fun.

A great ride from start to finish. It's like playing an action movie. Much of the OST makes for great ambience. There's an distinct nostalgia to the writing likely linked back to the original Metal Gear games which I've never played. Snake is a charming protagonist and so, too, is his "guy in the chair." There's a bit of sexism in how Meryl is written (it is the Kojima Way) but I wouldn't say it prevents her from being a strong character on her own. As for the gameplay, I found it rather engaging if a bit clunky. The boss fights are great! This is a classic to the end and well-worth playing.
