Let me talk to my friend thru our walls while grounded 9/10

Following in the strange unnamed genre seemingly incited by the likes of A short Hike, Haven Park, Untitled GooseGame and more, this game does what stray did in a decidedly more down to earth sorta way.

get home but be a cat while doing it...

loved my time with it

A gamecube game remade 20 years later and simply doesnt hold up in a post stardew valley world.

Lacking in things to do and the motivation to do everything that THERE IS to do. progress is slow, characters are dull.

its simply not a game I personally am going to enjoy as an adult.

Theres a lot i could say that has been said before, so ill say something VERY TRUTHFUL that may not have been said before.

I Got so addicted to this game that I dehydrated myself and went to a walk in clinic.

I am not kidding.

(the following review was written in 2018 by a far younger me, it is transplanted here with minimal editing to preserve the past.)

I Don't Want to set the world on fire... but I do want the writers of these original games back on the team for fallout 5

Listen I wasn't no hype fan of fallout 1 and 2, but new vegas quickly became a favorite game of mine, to the extent i immersed myself deep into the lore of the franchise long before even setting foot into the "capital" of 3, and while I wasn't the biggest fan of the "dice based" way this game handles (call me a casual if you want) I still enjoyed what the first game had to offer in terms of atmosphere and old fashioned isometric gameplay.

pick this one up if you're not afraid of turn based "DND" style combat, and give it a whirl.

Gunpoint despite it's rather silly name; is a breath of fresh air on the stealth genre, with a unique premise and mechanic, which keeps evolving keeping the game interesting. While the game is short, the level editor is quite well designed and should offer tons of replay-ability. Gunpoint is a puzzle game, and a stealth game, it's also two dimensional, but I found the variety of solutions to various puzzles to be anything but.

Definitely worth the money, if you're into this sort of thing :3

Hiveswap ACT 1 is a game that requires minimal knowledge of the homestuck universe, but offers a charm in its signature humour.
as a "Point and Click Adventure" it's not that hard at all...quite the casual experience actually, but if you enjoy some cheeky retro nostalgic humour, and weird adventures about mysterious pasts and alien planets... this ones for you!

Unless youre like against company's abusing their employees ;)

It's by far the closest we've gotten with 343 to the "Good Ol Days" of halo, though the customization systems are still lacking, there is definitely long term support for it, just don't buy anything OTHER than the battle pass (season 2 onward awards enough points to get each subsequent one) and you'll basically get a good halo for 15 Bucks!

A Short Hike is the kind of cozy game you either vibe with or you don't. theres no minmaxing here, mostly just a short fun adventure with one note but often charming characters and a neat little world to explore, and do lil quests in and if you vibe with that you will love it, but if you want a challenge, you may not find that here.

what i can say is that the game is beautiful. and if youre not sold on the weird pixely vibe you can actually COMPLETELY turn that off, its a filter in the options! (i didnt but you may want to!)

A Short hike is a game that gives the same vibes as its namesake. its just a mental health day in a game format!

The kinda game that makes you exhale loudly several times a minute...or makes you roll your eyes.

comedy the game

Line rider wasnt just a game...it was for its time a canvas for an INSANE level of creativity.

I miss those days of weird AMVs that were just Elaborate courses of Linerider with insane Level of Detail on youtube.
the game itself is very simple though.

In this riddle school game... questions are answered, characters are redeemed, mysteries are planted and uncovered. and its a helluva an apology for the bs that was RS4

still a standard point n click adventure...i only rate it high out of nostalgia.

In This Riddle School game...you die. thats it you cant win. but its a very funny joke given how itd later tie into RS5

In this riddle school game Zonic iz AwzumZonic iz AwzumZonic iz AwzumZonic iz AwzumZonic iz Awzum but also Theres a whole new floor to explore and some set up is done for where this series is going.

The excitement for this release was thru the roof given RS3 couldve been the last one.
