Man do I have a love hate relationship with this game I love the story they tell but I can’t get behind the gameplay most of the time it feels gimmicky like there’s only one way to be a certain boss and you have to figure it out without the game helping much, mainly talking about the story bosses but everything else was amazing, the open world is HUGE probably the biggest I played and the game itself is beautiful and a complete overhaul of remake. Mini games were enjoyable and side quests were decent but I don’t like how for characters the prominent way to get your affinity up is to do the side quest that not everyone wants to complete like me. The game major problem is how tedious it feels at times and how long it takes for things to get moving otherwise this is a solid game. I can see this game getting many nominations for GOTY, well it isn’t my personal pick i can see based on how much this game has to offer. 8.5/10
