This game was so hard on veteran it nearly sent me to an early grave. For how old it is the game has some great set pieces and grand battles not seen back then. With some cheap checkpoints, millions of grenades and crazy teammates you are looking at quite the experience. I’m proud to have this one done.

A fun kart racer that surprisingly takes its source material very seriously. In a good way. The campaign is long but made more enjoyable when tag teaming levels with a friend. The generous toy box openings is addicting and makes you want to press on. I haven’t finished this but will be happy to go back soon.

A weird open worldish kart racer with bad controls and a strange feel to it. The story/dialogue was clearly for kids but after playing it’s hard to see what kid would play it. The game can be somewhat difficult and is riddled with micro transactions in true 2K fashion. I was hoping for a Lego forza but was dissatisfied in what was provided.

Going in blind really helped with the experience. The dialogue was quirky, the world nice and colourful, and the general gameplay a lot of fun. As you progress the areas to get worse and the formula starts to show its blandness. I wish there were more guns too. Was a fun little sesh for a couple nights but nothing to remember.

Nothing special but nothing offensive either. A fun time with friends but the modes get stale fast. Lack of customisation and guns really make progressing a grind but is expected with a free to play game. Time to move on

This was a strange one. Like most people I wouldn’t think calling it a game gives it justice. It was more an interactive experience. And I think it worked in its favour. The audio is next to none and the graphics are the best in the industry. This made following the journey a treat and will stick with me for a long time.

Yes it’s a kids game but god damn why does it need the same mission, no dialogue skip and a story that makes you want to puke. Atleast Paw Patrol Save Adventure Bay allowed some level of movement.

Nice little cozy game that doesn’t add much to the table. The building of your ranch does seem pointless but the repeating mechanics make in somewhat therapeutic. Recommend playing with a friend as it’s very chill and could get boring fast by yourself

Borderline unplayable. Terrible graphics, voice acting and the worse gameplay I’ve experienced in a very long time. Couldn’t even put myself through completing the game when it was so slow and has horrible saves

A cute little puzzler that encapsulates exactly what it wants to do. You are a botanist growing plants, what more do you need to know. The graphics work well with the gameplay and the music is whimsical. I did find some puzzles a bit confusing but I’m not the best at these sort of games.

This game was just simple fun that was a blast plaguing with someone else. I haven’t laughed so hard I cried while playing a game in so long. What a great time. Simple controls that are hard to master, with moments that just scream badass.

I was looking forward to a nice little horror but damn was this a fumble. Boring story and terrible controls, like the pewdiepie pc era of horror games. Think slender man meets amnesia in all the worse ways

Another Lego game that is refreshing enough to allow a steady flow of drive. The change to semi open levels and a compass really make exploring a treat. Mix that with a series that was made for Lego and you got a winner. I just wish the replay value was a bit stronger as the changes make completing a bit tiresome. But I’m not fussed as the initial run through is enough.

A fun action packed experience bringing life to the Star Wars franchise. I may be in the minority here as I thought the Jedi Fallen Order was better in nearly every way except for movement. The characters are great but are stuck in a mediocre story. The graphics are gorgeous but are constantly having to adjust or are not textured for long periods of times making the game extremely ugly. The gameplay is great but in an open world that is boring and bland. I don’t know why they changed the formula from the first when it worked so well. Don’t get me wrong the game was still great and is well deserving of a 4. But it’s the saddest 4 to give

A good attempt from a new studio but really lacks direction. Each aspect to a good video game is tried but never fully realised. The characters are great but provided terrible lines. The story starts off strong but becomes a confusing mess. The skill trees are there but lack variety. The open world is asking to be explored but provides lacklustre content at best. The magic based combat was the strong point but did not pair well with the enemies or core mechanics. Again a good attempt but doesn’t surpass your average game.
