Sus, Sus, Sus, Sus, Sus, AMONGUS PAPAPAPAPPAPAPPAPAPAPAPAPPAPA

Best main theme, best story mode, best features, best final smashes, worst core gameplay. Still, nostalgia is one hell of a drug, so I didn't mind the gameplay at all lmao

It's definetely not a BAD game, just a BAD entry on a SUPERB franchise. Though judging it to all other videogames, I still find it good.
My childhood was full of Brawl matches, and was my first fighting game. I'm actually not a fan of the fighting genre, but Smash's dynamic platforming and simplified mechanics were a good entry point.
But, it definetely has bad poitns, such as its slow feeling, lack of some fanfavorite characters, and the presence of other ''casual'' mechanics that are too much (tripping, anyone?). Anyhow, the OST is amazing and side content is plentyful.
Finally, hot take, but the Subspace Emissery was, IMO, a really good attempt at a story mode, and the best parts were the cinematics and interaction between characters. Though, it lacked an interesting premise and memorable stages.

There are 100 hidden frogs and you've got to find 'em. I beat it in less than 10 minutes, but since it's free, this would probably make a fun game if you're babysitting a 4 year old or something.

Very easy to pick up and learn, new mechanics/concepts are introduced each level slowly increasing the difficulty. Really gets the cogs turning! I played this game years ago and could not remember why I dropped it, now I realized it was because of the difficulty it reaches. Even if this isn't for me, I still recognize its incredibly smart design. I could see this being an excellent tool for teaching programming. Definitely warrants a paper and pencil to make it really feel like work, fits with the corporate theme perfectly.

I'm not a programmer so this was a really interesting few hours of getting algorithms to work. They could do a better job of helping you out with some of the things they're after ingame but they do point you in the right direction for stuff to Google. Interesting stuff and it was fun to see it all play out - though the interface could be much better on PC.

Cool art design but repetitive gameplay

Ooooo you walk forward and open doors while being slow as ass!1!
And the scariest part is... sometimes you die and you have to play more of the same boring shit again! Spooky!
Thank god it's like an hour long

i love brian so much its not even funny

É um ótimo jogo num geral, o problema é que ele apresenta problemas tão bem e te deixa tão curioso sobre eles que a resolução acaba deixando um pouco a desejar

A wonderful little game that plays to my tastes in lots of ways, from the German setting to the central plot device to its measure of cruelty and grotesque. It's executed really well, with a few lush and intriguing pixel art cutscenes that do a lot to elevate the rest of the game.

I was impressed enough with my first playthrough that I was motivated to do two more to figure out what was really going on, and while the game aggressively invites the player to do that, I'm not sure it really merits it. Its puzzles, exploration, and evasion mechanics don't have a ton of replayability and the story doesn't deliver much more than was implicit the first time. Still, I don't begrudge it even playing it through 3 times in a row so that's not a huge mark against it for me.

It's just a little annoying to play, but I really like the plot and atmosphere. It's plenty creepy.

Cute and charming short horror adventure game. The pixel cutscenes are gorgeous and the pixel art in play isn't too shabby. Pretty good story with secrets that require a bit of luck to stumble upon or a guide followed with multiple endings as well as multiple paths to them depending on choices which might actually change what you can do to affect the castle. Overall I'd recommend it, and recommend not petting goats :)
