I am never mean to any piece of media but... man this game suuuuucked XD
Can't imagine what it would feel like to buy this new back in the day.

Ahhh what a gem. Quite a few frustrating combat quirks that are just what this series is, but overall a fantastic story and a lovely open ended conclusion to Estelle and Joshua's story.

1995

Won't say this game was great per se, but I got a good laugh out of the stiff early 3D animations and it was a game I was always very curious about so I'm glad I checked it out. Very random plot, but that's fine. It's a fun way to kill 2-ish hrs.

1993

Quirky way to experience it, but it was honestly a pleasure. It was nice to finally see what this quintessential adventure game from back in the day was all about. Creepy in a lot of parts too, intentional or not, the atmosphere was fantastic.

What an epic. Man, I love Lightning. In general I loved this whole trilogy from beginning to end. Really grew attached to these characters. This game stressed me out at times because of the timer, but overall, it was a pleasure.

There's something special about beating a big FF game. It just hits a little different. This was another masterpiece that honestly I can't recommend it enough. The cliffhanger is massive tho. I am extremely curious how Lightning Returns is gonna wrap up.

Ending D Playthrough (Watched others ones Youtube)

Really neato adventure game. Took me years to bother to go back and finish, but it felt nice to cross off. I liked all the endings other than what I got lol. Lots of little events to encounter too.

Wow, what a great game. No exaggeration, besides fan games, this is the most fun I had playing a Sonic game since like... Generations. It's very adventure, actually, with super fun momentum. I am optimistic for the future of the series, man :)

Fire Mage Playthrough

Took me 55hrs to beat haha. But it was a pleasure from beginning to end. This is one of my favourite games of all time, but I never did a mage Playthrough before now so this port was a good excuse to play it.

(Scott Playthrough)

Cool, short game. Appreciate it a lot now that I am actually familiar with the source material. Fun stuff

This was a playthrough that I kept picking up and putting down. But I finally sat down with it over the midterm break and hooo boy. I loved it. I can see myself humming waa waa wee wey back to back waa waa wee wey face to face for many years to come.

Best ending! Yea! Glad I finally cleared this game. I owned it for over a decade but never got very far when I was younger cuz it was too scary. I finally got the nerves for it now tho and I'm happy to say, it's probably one of my favourite ps1 games now.

I had this downloaded on my vita since it came out lol. Randomly decided to play through it now. Pretty good! Feels right at home next to all the nes castlevanias. Fun stuff.

2012

I can see why this is considered one of the quintessential ps2 era games. It was a special experience that really sticks out amongst a lot of other games of its time. The story is quite vague, but I loved it regardless.

First game I finished on my "New" Master System. Very short Sonic game, but it was an enjoyable game still. Better than the game gear counterpart for sure.
