Something I left out of this review because it didn't happen to me often is that the built-in filter will block out completely innocuous words but cannot, for its life, detect blatant homophobia, transphobia, queerphobia—whatever you call it on your side of the river—minus slurs. I'm sure it's a bannable offense, but only if you go through the arduous process of capturing footage and submitting a report before the person you're reporting leaves the game. And even then, these bans typically amount to a light slap on the wrist that only disables the chat for a day or two.

Again, I did not come across this frequently. But it's pretty clear to me that these developers are not well-equipped to handle it.
