I'd say it's on par with the first game. Really fun 2D platformer, Diddy and Dixie play great and man that OST is spectacular. My only grip is that while I do like how it gets progressively harder as you play it, I feel there are some levels that feel a bit too unfair. Some levels I feel were better than others too that I feel the first game handled slightly better. But still lots of fun!

I had lots of fun playing this game. It honestly takes me back to when I was younger and I would play Colosseum and Gale of Darkness non-stop. I'm glad we got another game where it separates itself from how Pokemon games usually play out, gym badge collecting and all. I love the Pokemon choices they picked for this game, the overworld is fun to explore, catching Pokemon themselves are honestly more fun this way and I do love the characters and their designs in this game, Arezu and Irida being some of them. The only thing that I think is missing is more Trainer battles. I just feel like there's not as many here and I think there could've been a couple of more. I do hope they make another Pokemon game like this in the future sometime. I really like the sandbox style kind of gameplay for Pokemon, it's well suited for that.

This game...exists?

You get to play as the two best characters in the franchise...which is cool I guess? It's somehow slightly more fun the Saints Row IV...but not by much. It's a short game and is pretty much just a whole DLC-ish game that should've probably just been an add-on for Saints Row IV. There's really not much else to say. I had SOME fun playing numerous activities as the two best characters but there's not much else too it...that's really all I can say.

I gotta be honest, I know I went as far as 100% this, but MAN this is not a good game imo.

The good things I'll say, first and foremost, is that the character customization is still great and the start of the game is pretty descent, and there were a couple missions where I did have at least a little fun playing. Everything else is...well not good. The story and writing manages to somehow be worse than the third game. I'm sorry but I don't like that they made the Saints from a Street gang to people who run in political office and even managing to be President of the United States. I also remember one particular moment pissing me the hell right off and it was around the time that I started growing ill towards the game, but I won't mention it because of spoilers. The whole superpower things were fun at first but after a while they started to feel dull, like REALLY dull. I feel like the combat between the weapons and superpowers doesn't feel equally balanced out. Also, I'm sorry, but the villains fucking suck too. I think Zinyak is just a boring as fuck "haha I'm an almighty big-shot with a huge ego who loves to boast about how superior I am" with nothing more to add to him. I'm not a fan of the aliens being substituted for the gangs at all, it feels like a bit of a step down. I gotta be blunt when I say this was my least favorite out of all the Saints Row games. It just got to a point where I was really bored ngl. I will give credit where credit is due though, the team wanted to make a zany over-the-top game and that's what you're going to get. I just feel like it's not for me.

This is an odd one for me

Personally I do think it's the 2nd best game in the franchise. It does have some good ideas, it introduces what I think is the 2nd best character in the franchise, the activities continue to be fun, and I absolutely adore the character customization. However a lot of my issues with this game come down to writing. I feel that a lot of the writing in this game can get pretty bad, like they're trying to dumpster pile so many conflicts on top of other conflicts. I also don't think the overworld in this game is as memorable nor fun to navigate compared to the first two games, something about it feels boring. I also don't like how some of the activities are locked away in story mode, like you HAVE to finish one of the activities to advance in the story which I thought was dumb. I also don't like how they change the whole respect system into an upgrading system. Overall, I do like the game through and through, but I do feel there are a handful of things they did that keep it from being my personal favorite Saints Row game.

Easily the best Saints Row game imo

It's got a good blend of being the goofy series that it is while still being serious when it has to. I love the games wider weapon variety, the activities are definitely more fun and feel less dragged out, the characters new protagonists and villains introduced are honestly some of the best in the series, it's a helluva great time. The only things I don't like are honestly just some of the missions. I do think some of them are clearly better than others. If you have the same opinion on the first game as I do, then you'll be happy to know that 2 does improve from the first game and then some.

The first Saints Row game is fine for the most part, the characters are the best part of the game, the story is straight-forward, and most of the missions are pretty fun, albeit a bit a bit challenging with no checkpoints. However, I will say there's a lot of things about the game that bugs me. The activities get pretty boring after a while, some of which are clearly more fun than others, I hated most of the Los Carnales missions (don't even get me started on the final mission), and I find it very annoying how often you'll be losing a lot of ammo, especially when all the shops close at night. I will say for the time it came out and for what it's worth, it still has its high points.

A classic game that still holds up years later.

Particularly love how it gets progressively harder the further you get into it. While not even close to my favorite of the DKC games, it's still a lot of fun!

This was my first full experience with a Metroid game from beginning to end and man was it a great one! It was an exciting game from beginning to end, great challenges and bosses that require a lot of thought and patience, I loved practically every second of it! Also, Samus Aran is a fucking badass and I love her! Can't wait to play future Metroid games in the near future!

As usual with most Suda51 games, it's a load of fun. There are some things it does better than the previous games, that being the overworld is more manageable and it doesn't drag nearly as much as the 1st game when it comes to getting the necessary funds to fight the ranked assassins and honestly has a better written story than 2 for sure. Other than that it's the same as any other NMH title: fun combat, goofy meta humor, again, as with any Suda51 game. But honestly, I gotta admit the bosses don't feel nearly as satisfying as the first game. Felt like it was well worth the wait in that game, but here, while I did have fun, I felt like some were difficult to understand at first or were way too easy even on the middle difficulty. Still a fun experience nonetheless. If anything it was a nice wrap up for Travis Touchdown as a character. Hell, the game kinda shows how he's changed compared to how he started out at the very beginning, so that was neat.

All in all, a great remake imo

I like that the new things include all your Pokémon level up depending on their participation in battle (which honestly, was a pain when you have to level grind), you're not forced to give one of your Pokémon a Hidden Move to get past certain parts of the game, I enjoyed the Grand Underground and getting the chance to capture certain Pokémon that were otherwise near impossible to find in the OG games, and I love the chibi-to-3D art styles from the character models. I'd honestly say it's worth buying.

Want the best method to complete the stages?

1. Buy the jump button when able to

2. ...Best of luck to you

Jokes aside, it's a really good game. My only gripes are that, while I understand it's a franchise that's intentionally hard, some stages are straight up unfair and have complicated methods to complete and other stages literally made me feel nauseous (looking directly at Spiral Bridge from Story Mode World 7 and Banana Plate in SMB1 challenge mode as some of the examples). But it's still a fantastic game regardless! It's to see Super Monkey Ball back!

I regret to inform you that Chicken Little the licensed game is not very good...I know, I was just as shocked as you all are.

It's an alright platformer at first but then it tries way too many different gameplay styles that honestly don't work. The final two levels in particular are when the movie it's based on is already over so it's obviously an attempt to try and make the game last longer. The only reason it doesn't get a worse rating is because, well, it at least functions and doesn't bug out. I'll also admit I had fun with some segments like the Dodgeball part of the game...that's about it.

Feels like a new breath of fresh air after playing Scott Pilgrim vs The World. I love the art style, I love the combat and combo potentials, I love the humor and variety, it's easily one of my favorite beat-em-up's! I do wish some of the side characters got a little bit more attention, but that's only a small nitpick.

This is easily what I consider to be the Black Sheep of the Rayman franchise. Which is a shame because, while I don't love it as much as Rayman 2 (N64) or Rayman Legends, it's still a fantastic game! Great power-ups, Rayman's design in this game is probably one of my favorites, great combat, the only downside is that some levels can be confusing and there are also some said levels that can be frustrating, same with some enemies and boss battles. Still a great game overall!
