This game has an aura that just feels unmatched, even by other fighting games. It's a beautiful mess that I'll never get tired of watching. I'll love this game until the day I get another game where I can watch Vergil, Frank West, and Spider-Man fight Doctor Doom, Pheonix Wright, and Wolverine.
Easily the most underrated game on the 3DS. Almost everything about this game is perfect. The story is really good, with extremely funny and well written characters. Combat is really fun. But the control scheme really holds it back. I pray the night before every Nintendo Direct that we either get Uprising HD on the Switch that fixes the controls, or a sequel just as good as this game.
Such a beautiful game, and a perfect ending too the Xenoblade trilogy. This has the weakest story in my opinion, but still has some of the best written characters in the series. The gameplay perfectly blends the best parts of 1 and 2's into something familiar yet entirely unique. Some of the best side quests in any game I've played, too the point where I wish some of them were part of the main story. The fact that we haven't gotten a game with all of Monolith Soft behind it is insane too me. I can't wait too see what the lies in the future for Xenoblade with even more powerful hardware and manpower behind it.
