Dont think Ill return to this anytime soon. Decent enough to scratch a roguelike itch, but definitely needs a bit more depth to it to make it last. As it stands, things get a little too repetitive in the cult sections to hold your attention. My gameplayquickly just became attempting runs to try to get to the end. Lots of great ideas, and the push to keep playing in the early-game is STRONG. They just need some more coal to keep the steam going in the end. Hopefully some updates could fix it but idk what the plans are

sadly got removed from gamepass before i remembered to beat it, but amazing game from what I played. Solid RPG gameplay, nothing special, and if I'm being honest, a bit tedious attimes. The writing is what shines. This game feels like the dream of a child, with little details that are so much more interesting once you reach three days away... One of the best earthbound death rpgs ive played

absolutely amazing. Modernizes my favourite game in such a perfect way that keeps a lot of the charm while ironing out the original lacked. they made leons suplex even better is what im sayin

Being a golf ball in story mode is cute but man it gets tiring

Oooo I really want to like this. Team shooters are nice and fun, I never get too into the competitive so the finer details of the genre might not be nailed here, but the combat and gunplay is very fun. The plethora of Mobile Suits to pick from is nice, I'm impressed by how different a lot of them feel; even similar ones like MG and Gundam have a different gameplan. If you're looking for something to scratch that team shooter itch and maybe you like gundam (or just big robots and want to get into it), i'd recommend.

BIGGEST thing tho is that the microtransactions SUCK rn. I don't mind a battlepass, I don't mind maybe unlocking some suits, but 5 suits (that are like, pretty clearly both strong in game and fan favourite ones) that are 13 each, skins that are more than the suits, and a battlepass that gives you nothing and takes forever to level up is pretty discouraging for someone who was looking forward to playing this game for a while. This and the ranked system are the biggest detriments right now-- there's just no way to move upwards. Games give you about 20-30 points per win, but leagues span around a thousand points to get into a new level. With no compounding momentum, that just seems like youre kinda doomed to stay pretty close to initial placing. If both of these get tweaked to be more user friendly and encouraging to get the player in there, this could be a real long play for me. As it stands now, i see myself probably dropping off in three months and just popping back whenever new suits get added.

the GOAT catch my fuckin night hunter that means you kirbin come GET this shit

smash clones like never hold my interest but this one actively felt bad to play, everything was so floaty and it just never felt responsive the way i like my platform fighters. I can see someone really digging this but not for me. the microtransaction system sucks too, like i dont mind battlepasses but this ones bad

its elden ring like its really big dark souls go ride a horse and shit your pants trying to fight rykard for the 22nd time that night (didnt happen hypothetical). good game

Really stellar. Such a cozy game, loved to play a bit on like a sunday morning with some tea. The idea of collecting the tutorial book for your own adventure is so fun, and so natural within the game that it's astounding. Info is given to you perfectly, and always in a way that keeps you engaged in the world. It says so much without any words, it's really a standout in the indie roster for this year and maybe the indie game of the year. Wanted to go back and play it more right after beating it. Hard though! Definitely found myself frustrated at some bosses but i think i was also a bit underprepared for them.

damn this shit is sick. Play as Deedlit in over a bunch of different worlds, this game i think is just symphony of the night but also ikaruga, feels so fun to play and just a perfect little length. Made me want to find out more about Deedlit and parn and their other fun adventurous friends.

cute, very fun to play with people watching and reacting to, but ultimately there's not really many challenges in the game. Thats not a bad thing, especially cause this game knows what it is. It's not trying to be a big 'explore this gameplay concept to its fullest extent' that a similar game like Katamari would, but it held my attention with its charm and the fact that it is just fun being a hole.

Such a unique game, just instills a sense of adventure and awe in you. Really captures the wonder I personally had with space exploration as a kid. Fuck Dark Bramble.
