Genuinely moving experience. As a new fan to the Persona series, I'm glad that this was the first game from the franchise I completed. All the modern enhancements to graphics, audio engineering, and new modern standards in game design philosophy have only done wonders to improve the already amazing base of Persona 3.

Spoilers Ahead:
Persona 3 came out 18 years ago, so it's kinda hard to avoid spoilers, so I already knew about the deaths of Shinjiro and the main character going in. Yet they still affected me heavily, and literally moved me to tears. That is how impactful this game is. Even knowing ahead of time, the actual substance of the game is good enough to completely override that and bring forth that emotion.

This game is a genuine masterpiece and a must play for any video game fan. And I'm excited to say that I have now started playing Persona 4 Golden, and will play Persona 5 Royal after. Thank you to this game for bringing me into this wonderful series.
