This is a good game overall, but it's the things around it that drag it down.

I don't mind the story all too much as this game seems to focus on the gameplay more than anything, however I am not really a fan of the music. It sounds pretty samey through the entire game and was a missed opportunity to up the atmosphere for different areas.
The movement in this game is super satisfying 99% of the time, however there were more than a few instances where the camera would jerk or I'd do something that I wasn't trying to do. If you stay on the main path you're usually fine but as soon as you trek onto the side geometry or try to do precise platforming things can get really janky, which is sometimes needed for the collectibles.
The collectibles were also missed potential. I didn't bother trying to collect any I missed as in order to do that you need to replay the entire chapter again, and with most of them being decently long I didn't want to bother rechecking every corner.

With all the complaining done though, this game is very fun when it focuses on the important stuff and the level design and movement is solid.

My high score is 633.
Good time waster

I'm never really in the mood for this game and it's pretty slow to play but by nature of being a multiplayer game, your interactions with others will still end up making it enjoyable.

Despite this games quality being quite low, it still manages to be quite fun as the gameplay itself is pretty engaging. (I like rhythm games so uhhh)
That is until you run out of content. The lack of a true story is fine considering what this is, but the requirements for getting the final few ranks to finish the game is just too high. You end up having to grinding out songs in order to hit the credits, and with how few of them are actually good, the game gets super stale.
I guess I recommend this if you're curious, want to see the some P5 team moments, and see the songs/dances (however bad some of them may be (seriously, there's some horrendous stuff here)), but there's no point hitting the credits, it's just not worth it.

Neo Mario Galaxy is a fun way to revisit the game. It's a nice love letter to the Galaxy duology and cleverly reuses parts of the original games while also sprinkling in new level design. I am not a fan of the UI changes though and some levels are definitely better than others.
I still refuse to do the green stars in Galaxy 2, so I didn't do it here, but I assume they're placed the same way.

Celeste does not translate very well to 3D but this is a commendable effort considering it was made in a week.

Surprisingly addicting GBA game. It doesn't overstay it's welcome (unless you go for 100%) and it introduces enough ideas on this spinning puzzle gameplay to stay fun. Nothing extraordinary, but enjoyable.

As someone who appreciated Persona 3 FES for it's story but hated playing it, I cannot describe how nice this is to have. The gameplay is not quite up to the level of Persona 5 Royal, but it's more than enough to be enjoyable.
I am glad on one hand that this game kept a lot of the quirks that kept Persona 3 special, but at the same time I do wish they ironed out some of the more annoying ones. It does sometimes feel like this game chooses at random what to change and what not to change, but it's never a huge deal and the core of Persona 3 is still kept alive here.

A neat little game but it can feel unfair sometimes as even the most minute, uncontrollable difference in your movement can completely change how something plays out and almost feels random. The premise is interesting though.

This game on paper should be way better due to having way more level mechanics and themes and ideas. But it's all executed so poorly that I will actually take Sonic 1 over this. Shoutouts to Sonic 2 Absolute for the QoL so this was playable at least.

Would've been the best version of Mario 1 if it wasn't for the screen crunch. Of course, that's not a high bar though, since it is Mario 1.

Sonic 1's level design isn't as bad as people said it was. Not great don't get me wrong, but was expecting a lot worse. Shoutouts to Sonic 1 Forever for the QoL changes.

Portal itself is quite good, unfortunately I decided to play the RTX version which adds a bunch of garbage. When it works it looks fine enough but this game crashed so often, including the very end of the game. I have beaten the end of the game twice now and it's crashed both times, so I have not seen the credits. Play the original, not RTX.

Literally no gameplay and it all leads to one little thing at the end. This game is not for me.

The controls are a little clunky and some levels are super unfair, but it's fun to replay levels for the A+ ranks and the secrets, at least most of the time.
