If nothing else, it's fun to play at least.

I gave this 2.5 stars mostly for nostalgia, not really that good of a game unless you NEED something to play and for some reason every other game you have just isn't doing it for you.

Unbearably slow, I bought this thinking it'd run like the Genesis version, didn't know I was spending $10 on something that'd run at 2.5 fps with music that was bit crushed to hell. At least we got the spin dash in Sonic 1...yeah no, don't buy this

Outside of the collectables (which are very cool), Octopath Traveler was a great game that really harkens back to the classic JRPGs of the SNES era, but it does have some flaws, specifically that the party rarely interacts, but aside from that the story is good, the music is stellar, and the visuals are so nice.

I think this is the most fun I've had in an FE game in awhile, the characters and story strike just the perfect balance of cheese and seriousness, only real criticism is the Four Hounds, they don't feel super threatening. They keep "retreating" and it never makes them feel like unique villains, always just ones who are there, but not really for any good reason, like their designs, but I really wish they mad you just fight each one time in a climatic battle and then that was it.
