This was the first 2D Sonic I ever played, and it's... okay. This game in particular doesn't have much going for it one way or the other, it's a very basic Sonic game with multiple playable characters. I guess my only critique is that it feels very barebones, especially in how it presents both the character select and the level select - very plain, as if it were a debug menu. Bland, that's what this one is.
