A really nice feeling Smash Brothers that avoids the pitfalls of Brawl but feels limited by the limitations of the 3DS. As a companion to the later released Wii U version, it feels like handheld ports have always felt throughout history - like a pale imitation. Though the graphics look nice enough with helpful outlines that compensate well for the small screen and there are great looking stages unique to the version, the 3DS's controls are simply not suited to Smash. Better played elsewhere!
