A mediocre GTA clone that massively underwhelms. The game's main gimmick, the ability to hack stuff, ended up being almost entirely nothing, which is unfortunate because otherwise it has nothing to offer. It has a standard complement of Ubisoft open world systems and parkour stuff, but all of it is rather underbaked. Chicago is pretty boring as a setting, the story is cringe, the characters unlikable and gameplay is serviceable at best. I don't like this game even a little bit.
