Underrated Gem on the Playstation 3. Despite the obvious rushed nature of the game, it delivers greatly on multiple fronts on what makes a good Tales game.

Amazing sequel to an amazing game. Truly filled the void Devil May Cry 4 left when the series was haphazardly rebooted. Another entry in the Tales series with an amazing cast and story, despite also being rushed as well.

Honestly one of the worst titles in the series. Overrated beyond compare to most games i've played. Bad writing, bad gameplay, poorly developed cast of characters. Hope Arise does much better than this.

A fine little game with a truly charming cast that lacks solid development in the writing department. Combat is an egregious step backwards from the amazing system in play with Xillia 2, but I've enjoyed my time and re-visits of this game. it's Ok.

One of the most influential titles in Tales, and probably one of the worst because it introduced an incredibly stagnant and linear playstyle to Tales that's still being used to this day, that has been more watered down with each and every installment after it. It doesn't help that it also suffers from some really poor writing for the story and characters. Not a game im terribly thrilled with.

The most popular game in the franchise that even people outside of the Tales fandom adore to this day. To me, it's just a slightly mediocre game with a bland cast and bland story. Gameplay was really fun and it was nice to see how this game's system was improved upon in later games. Really do miss the good old days of Base Arcane.

I honestly believe this game is better than the first. While I believe Symphonia 1's combat is better, the overall experience of Symphonia 2 is much better thanks to Emil and Marta. They're dynamic characters that grow and change over the course of the story in interesting ways and help each other grow for the better. That's way more than its predecessor had going for it. I really wish the fans didn't scorn this game as they do, because it's honestly great.

The debatably most overrated game in the franchise. I really enjoy this game's combat when it opens up, but it suffers greatly from taking to long to do just that. Open up. The game's writing and characters are also lacking, especially Yuri, the fan favorite and a borderline Mary Sue at points in the plot. Really looked forward to playing it when I was younger, but am severly disappointed by it.

Not my personal favorite, but up there. This is without a doubt the best game in the entire franchise. Great gameplay. Great story. Great characters. It's the whole package. It's a must play if you aim to get into this series. Luke is by far the best protagonist in the series and has yet to be surpassed.

10 years ago this was my favorite game of all time. I still love it but not as much today. I'd say it's #10 in my top 10 now. I honestly believe the series peaked with this game and its been a downhill tumble ever since.

The game that started it all. Boy is it rough and clunky compared to the 3 games that come after it. But it's still charming despite how it feels like endless busy work to pad out game time. Can't recommend to all, but I still think it's a worthwhile experience to see AC's honest beginnings before the fall.

Where the creative bankruptcy and the yearly rot started. I still like this game despite how obvious of a cash grab it is. and its multiplayer was actually fantastic, every multiplayer afterward just wasn't. I enjoy this game way more than I probably should.

The first game in the series I was truly disappointed in. I was so excited to see Altair back in a mainline game, only for his segments to be, while interesting, criminally short. This was also Ezio's farewell game and the story he was in just didn't fit at all for this man the fans and I have come to know and love.

This game made me fall out of love with the series. The gameplay changes made the overall feeling of running around towns worse because they were so boring and streamlined. The locales weren't interesting, Connor wasn't interesting, and the story was a bland Native American version of Ezio's revenge story. Haytham being a Templar was legitimately the most interesting thing about this game, and he should have just been the main character the whole way through. What a waste.

Ah yes the overrated Pirate game. I actually played through this recently. I was disillusioned with AC after 3 and didnt play this until April or May of this year. Especially since it had the ship stuff I didnt like from 3 in it, which I still don't like here. Everyone says Edward is a good character but I hate him for the same reasons I dont like Velvet from Tales of Berseria. Not a great game.
