A game I sometimes revisit just to unwind and relax. Don't try to binge through this one, it gets stale fast. however everything about Forget-me-not-valley, the weather system, the lightning system, some of it's deep farming aspects and sound design is just really stellar stuff. It's a very relaxing game.

Underrated. The Nights levels are fun as heck, plus one of the best soundtracks to grace gaming. I won't deny the game has some mediocre filler and probably a modest budget, but what's good there is great. I'd say give it a chance, but keep in mind it's a very short game, it's a nice breather game to play if you're fortunate enough to find it at a cheap price.

While I still regard Bayo 1 as my favourite of the two due to a more overall on point writing, some preferable set pieces and meatier stages, Bayo 2 is still a smashing good time with incredibly fun and polished mechanics, flashy presentation, no dumb qtes and a banging soundtrack.

A short and easy, yet superfun 2.5 D scroller with a surprisingly dark and cute storyline. A really catchy soundtrack complements the game even more. EASILY recommended

Gameplaywise it improves everything from Klonoa 1. While the storyline isn't as ballsy and interesting, in terms of gameplay it's an incredible 2.5 D platformer. This is a gem.

A one of a kind. As much as I love the rest of the series. Xenoblade 1 blends everything right and doesn't miss.
And definitive edition just improves everything. More quests markers, better ingame map, easier optimising just makes the experience all better. I wish the main battle theme had some more variety but that's not enough to drag down this diamond of a game

If Chronicles 1 was one side of a coin, X would be the other. X dwelves more on exploring mira, doing sidequests and farming for building skells, augments, affinity etc. but if you get down with that you'll have a good time. Minus a half star for shady tatsu potato jokes and an unecessarily clunky process of swapping party members.

A game I frikkin adore, yet find hard to recommend to just anyone. It's a slow game, with a lot of text (equal to like 6-7 hours of pure text dumps), the battle system is quirky and the game spikes hard if you go unprepared. However, if you get past that, you'll encounter a game with a really awesome universe, an epic storyline accompanied with some really nuts thematics, and a solid soundtrack. An incredible game, but definitely not for everyone

An action adventure game of the highest caliber

In terms of writing and story I really enjoyed my time with Zestiria. Skits were nicely paced throughout and also pretty damn funny, The cast was very likeable, Sadly all the backtracking towards the endgame got really annoying and my lord that optimisation system was a major pain in the ass, a lot of the dungeons were just generic mazes, then the main story ones were pretty good. I don't think I'll go back to Zestiria ever again because of its flaws but I definitely don't regret playing it for its good moments and amazing soundtrack.

FF8 leaves the traditional formula and introduces the junction system. Enemies scale along with your own levelling and you grow your stats by either drawing magic from enemies or converting cards from triple triads to magic. A very love/hate system.
The soundtrack is outstanding and the world itself is amazing to explore. A quirky game with lots of weirdness and charm.

This is just a good return to the roots for the series. Awesome characters and a fantastic soundtrack woven together through a journey of memorable set pieces from start to finish with classic Final Fantasy gameplay. Easily my favourite entry in the series.

One of my favs for the NES. Catchy music and real fun gameplay for a game that's short enough to enjoy in one sitting. Multiplayer coop is also incredibly fun!

BGE displays both excellent narration and gameplay within one compact world. A short adventure game with variety and high attention to detail. So about that sequel..

A few wonkey puzzles asides. The rich atmosphere, voice acting, lore and story in this point and click adventure is totally worth checking out
