Best Cotton game (so far). Castlevania Symphony of the Night vibes, a level that is a cute homage to the first Cotton game and can't forget the best mechanic which is just a grab button that lets you grab enemies and most projectiles and just chuck them at other enemies.

As much as I hate to admit it, this game is actually fun as fuck and the crossover aspect of it combined with the ridiculous dances makes this game feel like it isn't real.

Game literally rules and it's a crime that Sega has yet to rerelease it on any newer console. Insanely funky and colorful visuals combined with the craziest and most versatile movement options. You can literally skip large chunks of levels if you master it's mechanics and I had fun the entire way through.

This has been a dream game of mine for so long and while it doesn't follow the story as accurately as I wanted it to, it's still really good on it's own and actually made the story more interesting and compelling not knowing if they will or won't when it comes to certain plot points. It's really cool seeing a lot of locations from the original game here and fleshed out. The amount of work and detail put into every tiny little corner of this world is astounding and never found myself getting bored even during the side quests. Lots of funny mandatory mini-games all throughout as well and more competently playable this time. This is definitely my game of the year, I still prefer the original FF7 but Rebirth is no doubt a huge step up from Remake in every conceivable way.

Wasn't expecting much because it was a game in my steam library I don't remember buying but this game is actually really good. It's got vibes, fun combat and I love Alice's outfit changes every level. Didn't play the first game but the story works even if you didn't play the first one.

It's like Ridge Racer 1 but slightly better because it has a Tekken 2 billboard in it.

The most creative and fun a 2D Mario has ever been. Also you get to play as Daisy : )

Space Harrier but if I was the target demographic

Not F-Zero, stop calling it that

My lesbian powers weren't good enough for me to like this game.

Jun is finally back! I enjoyed the hell out of this game, played through all the single player content and while it's not the strongest compared to other entries in the series, I'm thankful it's atleast here and I enjoyed it alot more than Tekken 7. Loved the stories ending, glad to see a conclusion to some character arcs that have been going on for decades. Overall great game, I'll definitely be playing this online more for fun.

bought this game for 50 cents in a bargain bin years ago and still haven't played it.

I love this game but it is hard to say what is truly the best port of it. I played every version and they all have strengths and weaknesses unique to that version.

Arcade - probably the worst because it's too hard and forces you to start levels over on continue.
X68000 - Better than arcade in everyway possible and the one I'm leaning on being the best version because its not as hard as the others. You get to rapid fire by holding down the shoot button since specials are a seperate button. Some bosses in the middle have been replaced with more interesting fights. Cotton's flying animation in the ending credits is very charming and I love it.
Turbo Grafx-CD - Best version of the soundtrack, includes voice acting but still has the arcades difficulty problems.
Playstation - Second best version of the soundtrack, easier difficulty than the arcade and some cool visual effects added.
Neo Geo Pocket Color - Just an adorable 8-bit adaptation. I love this version because its just neat that they made a cute little demake and its difficulty is pretty balanced.

Love this game aesthetic, the level designs, theming and music are all fun and have good sega saturn era vibes. I hate how this game controls at times though. Figuring them out does make it satisfying to pull off but basic recovery is almost impossible. There are some parts that are a bit glitchy like the Taboo fight where I kept re-spawning over a pit or the Judge boss fight where I would still fall off the edge even though the gameplay stopped for a brief cut scene. It's a meaty game and was worth the money, I can still see myself replaying it especially if they patch it.

A good 2d Sonic game. The boss fights suck ass though especially the final one.
