Pretty good game. Would have preferred legends mechanics to be added aswell and I personally wish Nemona didn't exist. But good. I like the new pokemon (mostly some sucked)

Somewhat open world pokemon game, catching mechanics are very fun and the noble fights are pretty good too. Sets up the foundation for an open world pokemon game. Enjoyable.

Peak fiction, amazing writing. Gameplay never felt stale and all the characters were very well written (except Benedict. Fuck Benedict.) Honestly an amazing game to play.

Boring gameplay, you just can spam basic attacks and your persona. Difficulty flips between incredibly easy to tedious and annoying wayy too often. Plot was not good with a way too predictable twist. Villians were completely forgettable. Game felt like a slog to through despite it being half of the length of the prequel. Some of the supporting characters were boring too. The new phantom thieves were pretty decent at least and it does succeed at being a sequel just a very very boring sequel. Just look at a playthrough on youtube or something.

The artstyle was very cute but the gameplay wasn't really interesting at all. I wasn't invested in the plot at all but the game as a whole was pretty decent.

Pretty fun game, has great mechanics and every time period has a unique feeling to it.
