You know that RPG you start, then life happens, then when you get back to the game it's been so long you forget what was happening so you restart it? Odin's Sphere was that for me every 3 years, for nearly 2 decades.

I'm glad I finally finished it, it was pretty cool!

Everyone should play 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim

I think Dredge is 100% worth playing, and can fully see why many people think it's a 4 or 5 star game.

I personally found it very interesting and tense for the first half, then it became tedious for the back half. But I think that is extremely subjective, and many will have a better experience.

Really enjoyed it! Spent most my playthrough thinking it was a solid 4/5, mini-length (by comparison) Like A Dragon game.

But godDAMN that last 2 hours had some peak! The finale of this game educed powerful catharsis for someone who has been playing all these games for the last 15 years. (Yes I started tearing up at that one scene.)

I'm the first person to go "Bad Game: Snore, but Bad Game (Japan): [soyjak pointing emote]", but holy shit this game is a pile of nothing.

It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because of the credits song. Plus the fact the karaoke mini-game is just for "99 Luftballons" and no other song.

Gone Home: Now with Gameplay!

Seriously though, I enjoyed Gone Home, but I enjoyed Tacoma more.

There is some nice presentation, and the soundtrack has some bangers, but damn this isn't it.

A setting/narrative far less interesting than that original. Paired with a spin on the 'Press Turn Battle System' that is wildly less engaging than any other I've played. I just can't get through it.

I already tried to play this game near launch, and only came back recently after vaguely heard about post-launch improvements.
The "emulator-like" game speed increase in battle and being able to move faster in dungeons, is the smallest band-aid to the much deeper issue that the core of the game, combat and dungeon navigating, are terribly dull.

Enjoyed what I played, and what I played was well crafted. Realistically I'm not going to finish Bowser's Fury, I might come back and finish 3D World some day as a MP experience.

Solid, good soundtrack. I don't have an urge to finish it after an hour of play.

I keep telling myself I'll get back to it, but I'm removing it from my backlog and being real.
Why would I come back to this decent "Shinji Mikami Greatest Hits Collection", when I could just replay RE4 for the 9th time.

I kept coming back to this once a year, but it's time to remove. Despite really liking the concept, my issue isn't having to "figure out how to play". My issue is I figured out how, and it wasn't enough to drive me to finish it.

Remember it being fun, just not enough to give me a strong urge to go back and finish.

Well crafted, lots of love clearly put into it. I just don't think "remake of game I love and played" is something I can keep on the backlog.

Beautiful art, solid gameplay, I just don't see myself coming back to finish it unless a 2nd player pulls me to.

Vaguely remember this being a solid RPG in the vein of PS2-era Persona? I think I was 70% through the game and having a fine time. No shot I'm returning to and finishing it after 7+ years.
