Much smaller than I expected it to be. Doesn't really do anything for me when I beat the game well before this game out.

Worth it for the new characters Toshiro and Erina alone. Wish they were actual P5 characters. Gameplay is a very fun combination of Persona and XCOM that works well, if that piques your interest as well.

Ichiban is the pinnacle of "my bonds give me strength"

Released for free on April Fool's day no doubt to generate attention, however the game is in no state at all to release. The level design becomes boring after the first day, and enemies are either far too easy, just don't work properly, or are far too unfair. As soon as you encounter one enemy two or more will appear immediately as well and overwhelm your crew. If the cameraman dies, you are very unlikely to get the camera back and your whole day is wasted, unlike in Lethal Company (which the game is very clearly inspired by) where any crew member can rush back to the ship and make at least some kind of profit. Hopefully they update the game to make it actually fun to play. The only thing that keeps the game fun and interesting is the recording aspect, which is ruined by your cameraman dying to some bullshit enemy.

The best way to experience Persona 3
I will forever love this game

I think in the end it's pretty alright. The main appeal is definitely the humor, with the creator wanting to say something with the variety of endings, but I don't think it's anything profound. If anything, the most prominent messages come from the dialogue from Nicole as you go through each route, so every ending's message just ends up falling flat. Playing this though has definitely improved my opinion on the Re-Up though. I support Nicoleism.

Absolutely incredible they put this together in 1 week.

It was okay. Didn't realize I was supposed to play the other one first but whatever.

The game crashed in the middle of the beginning cutscene for Chapter 2. The next day I tried again and when the cutscene ended I was placed into the void with no escape. This was truly an experience like no other.

This second half of the expansion (which is moreso about 70% of the entire expansion) is such an incredible experience. It wraps up Scarlet and Violet's plot in a great way and made me remember all over again how much fun going through Scarlet was, minus the technical issues. Is it worth $35? Absolutely not. As much as I love this expansion, this should have been how Scarlet and Violet released. Hell, if GF put as much effort into the next generation of games as SV + DLC and sold it as a $70 Switch game, I'd actually say it would be a good deal, but unfortunately the company is under such huge time constraints (and just straight up money hungry) that it simply isn't possible for them to do it anymore.

Without a doubt my game of the year. Far surpassed my expectations and have not been able to stop playing it. Please, help. I have over 100 hours and it hasn't even been out for a month.

There's not even any fucking Mario themed puzzles in this game what makes the bastard think he has any right to call it HIS picross.

Forever the greatest of all time.

Absolutely consider a challenge run if you're looking to replay this game. My challenge was only using Flying-type Pokemon, and it was an incredibly fun time.

Overall, this game just makes me sad. Not because of an emotionally strong ending or anything, but because there's so much potential here that goes to waste. First of all, despite the title, there's barely a thread of connection between this game and the original Soul Hackers. I really like the Sabbath system but I don't like that the rest of the battle system is basically just modern Persona but you can change the demons for each character. Speaking of characters, I think they actually do a pretty good job when it comes to writing them, but there once again could have been so much more. And don't even get me started on the day one DLC which should have really just been part of the base game in the first place. At the end of the day, I really like this game, but there's much better entries within the Megami Tensei series to play than this one.

The games title says it all - this is a wonderful experience. Nearly every single level brings a new idea to the table in a fun, unique, and well thought out manner. Without a doubt the best 2D Mario game since Super Mario World. I just have a few small gripes with the game that I feel like are not a big deal.
