Good, but freedom is lacking more than city.
Best one yet. Maybe not best story but menu and overall feeling make it to be.

Its not better than 3, but menu helps to being better rated.

Could be the best of all time if not had too many bugs and extremely impossible to replay menu. Quests and anything else are hard due to this.

Magic is perfect if not due to the fact that menu is impossible to actually enjoy it. Wish it had a skyrim treatment. Could not finish due to clunk display.
