games i actively Do Not Want to Play for purely trivial/petty/silly reasons. this does not mean the games are bad!! i know these reasons are silly and often illogical. that's the point of this list 👍

having a party of only Young Hot Guys is boring to me
I'm sure this game is fine but the sheer amount of "FINALLY a jrpg where you DON'T play as a TEENAGER"-comments i've seen just annoys me for some reason. Which it shouldn't, because i think having more jrpgs with older characters is a good thing. idk
i don't like how they portray Clara in pathologic 2. what makes this petty is that 1) it's literally just one character 2) i haven't played pathologic 1 or 2
i often don't like when characters talk in that detached text message-type of way. it CAN work but then it has to be super great/funny writing for me to enjoy it. maybe i'd like it more when i was 18
it looks too realistic for me. it doesn't get more petty than this, sorry
ok don't get me wrong i like fe3h well enough (........ kind of) but i only have one route left and it's the church route and i don't like rhea. haha

I don't want to play this solely because I want the inherently funny phrase "The Dark Age of Law" to be literally the only thing i know about it
