Buggy half baked piece of shit that my friends keep insisting on playing for some ungodly reason

I went into this series completely blind and only got into it because my favorite streamer is a fan of the series. I was not prepared for how compelling and interconnected Kiryu and Majima's stories are, along with the metric fuck-ton of side content. I was hooked throughout my entire playthrough, and as soon as I finished this I immediately bought the rest of the series.

What else is there to say about this game that hasn't been said already?

Slow as hell loading screens and an embarrassing amount of bugs make this the one Sonic game I'll probably never play again. The music is decent at least.

How to piss people off online:

Step 1: Play as Steve

Step 2: Play until you and the other player reach Sudden Death

Step 3: Once Sudden Death starts, immediately hit your side B so you hit your opponent with the minecart

Step 4: Enjoy your hard-earned victory

Pretty unremarkable recap from the second half of S2 to the first half of S3. Missions are pretty lazily built, such as three back-to-back stages where you fight Stain as Deku, Iida and Shoto individually, then a fourth stage where you fight Stain with all three characters. Online is garbage, people will just spam the same move over and over and do not let up.

I remember being so hyped for this, the original reveal trailer gave the impression that it would be a massive open world in a ruined city. It was none of that.

I've only played one match of this game and it was the most miserable experience of my life.

Jank as hell controls and the story is barely there but still an okay time.

Plot-wise, this one's fucking wild. Yakuza 4 already had a big interconnected plot, but now how about with 5 characters? In 4 different cities? With a great wealth of side content for each character?

My only complaints are that it is way too fucking long, Shinada's fighting style sucks ass and Haruka's story drags on too long.

Fulfills my dreams of having a wife, a house, and a stable income. Haley best girl.

Great campaign with an emotional gut-punch that I still feel to this day. Along with multiplayer and two great co-op modes, this should be the gold standard for triple-A games.

Trying to weave a story into multiplayer matches was a really botched idea. Thankfully the sequel makes up for it.

Newgrounds games are allowed on here? Alrighty then.

The music? Tight. The character designs? Tight. Everything about this game is just tight, tight, TIGHT. I'm a complete shitter at rhythm games but with enough practice I was able to beat every song on Hard mode (god bless downscroll). Backed the Kickstarter and looking forward to what's coming in the full game.

A solid start for bringing main series Pokémon games to Switch. My only gripes are that playing with a single JoyCon sucks, and not having evolutions that came in later generations also sucks.

I'll only remember this game because of how cinematic the final boss is, and the music during it fucking slaps.

Also fuck Eggmanland.
