Cyberpunk 2077

I feel like I could write an essay on all the things I liked (and didn't) with this game but my overall view was that it was great and one of the best game experiences I've had this year.
I can't speak for the last gen versions but in my 60 hour playthrough on Series X the game ran great and didn't crash once. Yes there are bugs, a lot of them. For me though they were about on par with what I got in most other western RPGs by the likes of Bethesda and Bioware, Mostly visual with nothing game breaking or that cost me to lose progress.
The game itself does have issues outside of the bugs; The police wanted system is virtually non existent and there are a ton of quality of life improvements the game desperately needs (Why is the minimap so zoomed in that you drive past every turn?, why isn't the guide system like it is in the races and other games like Watch Dogs legion?, why is there no Transmog system for the gear? etc, etc)
What the game does well though more than made up for it for me. Like Witcher 3 many of the side quests and characters are fantastically written, The gun combat is great and the world of Night City is one of the best I have experienced in a video game. It's just a shame the curtain that hides what holds it together is so thin.
If you go in expecting to play CyberWitcher 2077 you should have a great time, If you try and play it as GTA 2077 though the game will quickly fall apart as it was not designed to be played that way.
Hopefully after the bug fixes are done CDPR will continue to support the game with QoL changes and DLC as the world of CP 2077 certainly deserves more stories and the ability to get lost in.

For all the critics out there, I think this game is good. Yes, it has bugs. Yes, most of the side quest are just a fill. But it has heart. It's world has appeal. Even if the gameplay it's not that deep, it's so much fun to play. And we know how broken was The Witcher 3 and how good it came to be with patience, expansions and time. (I know it's not an excuse for how bad the game is for many people, but I want to give the chance to redeem its launch)
