Funny haha game, he got me at the final part.

Such a charming little game!

I've enjoyed unraveling the mysteries of Fuji no Hana and its inhabitants and you can tell this game was Boku no Natsuyasumi's designer doing, Kai Ayabe.

The care they've pour into shaping the town is beautiful for such a short game. You can almost feel like our protagonist, a newcomer into the town with everything to discover, (almost) nothing to fear and building new friendships along the way.

The plot about family, friendship and childhood. We tend to fixate on epic tales, great action and dramatic events unfolding in video games, but this is quite the opposite. And with just the right amount of "supernatural" things going on masked with the imagination of child playing around. Honestly, I would be like them if I were to live in the same town as my fav show gets recorded!

And the classic sound of summer and cicadas, the warning sound of a train passing by or just the wind gently shaking nature.

It just radiates calm.

This is my first hackrom and it's amazing the level of content, plot and gameplay that can be achieved by fans.

I've been immersed in this world for quite a few months, as I've played it from times to times with my Miyoo Mini Plus and recovering the feeling of play a Pokemon game in a small handheld while playing something new is priceless.

The plot is interesting, it has even a side quest system with great tracking and it's PACKED with content and variety. If you're invested in everything it offers you, you can play for HUNDREDS of hours just catching every Pokemon, doing the side quest, the Frontier, and so on. It's just almost everything Pokemon has to offer in just a ROM.

Can't recommend enough to, at least, give it a try if you're not happy about the latest Pokemon games but doesn't want to give up on the franchise. Even tho it's not "official" content, it sure feels like it is.

My expectations were low, but holy f***.

If I didn't like Xenoblade Chronicles 2, I liked the DLC even less.

Of 15 hours played, 10 have been doing sidequests that do not add anything to the story beyond knowing a little more about the environment of Torna and its inhabitants, but they do not enrich the story or cause a subsequent impact on it. Missions like going to collect, kill x beast or simply be an errand boy are not of a sufficient level to justify the little main content that awaits behind them.

Knowing the story of Lora and Addam is fine, but there have really been few significant scenes outside of the ending that have built their legend. 99% of Addam's exploits have happened (or will happen) outside the DLC framework, as well as those of Lora and Jin, so the opportunity to use the Prestige system to learn more about their legacy has been squandered.

Of the few right decisions they made was to get rid of the Blades gacha that Xenoblade Chronicles 2 already brought with it, but I think this very interesting space of story and good characters has been kinda wasted.

I'll never touch Xenoblade Chronicles 2 again if I can and I'm thankful for what we got in Xenoblade Chronicles 1 and 3.

Honestly, I had heard a lot about Earthbound but somehow I managed not to spoil anything about the game and what a ride it was!

I can understand why this saga is so beloved: it has a unique charm. I don't know if it's because of the charismatic world it has, the story that grabs you from minute one, the incredible screen effects during combat or the humor that revolves around the entire game.

Also, one of the things that fascinates me the most is the rabbit hole that gets you as you progress through the story. How it gets weirder and weirder, more paranormal and more intricate. The feeling of experiencing a weird, unique and fun summer night is a constant throughout the game, and it's a concept that I really enjoyed.

Coming from games that drink from this one (like Undertale) have made me understand much better where the charisma of those games comes from. Yes, they bring something unique, but understanding the base I think adds points to the rest of the games that are inspired in one way or another by Earthbound.

Of course, I keep praying for Mother 3 to come out on NSO Europe even with a fantranslation. But one kid can only dream of it.

I needed some not-80ish hour long game to play and I’ve never played the Fallen Hero timeline, so it was time to make my NSO sub to work for once!

The only non 3D Zelda that I’ve played was Minish Cap on GBA and it is one of the, if not THE, best Zelda that I’ve played as its so heart warming and fun.

And boy oh boy, it was a great decision. I LOVE A Link to the Past, and I can see why its so beloved in the fandom.

The dungeons, the two dimension world and all the items at your disposal to get through them works so well together that the pacing of the game is smooth.

Sure, it’s story is as simple as it can be and, for once, i did not care. And I think Link did not care either. He just want to swing his sword, save everyone and get home early so he can enjoy a good evening.

Can’t wait to play Oracle of Ages/Seasons!

The arcana is the means by which all is revealed.

No words.

Apart from everything related to The Answer and FeMC, I think it's the definitive base experience of Persona 3.

The Social Links gain a lot from being dubbed and some even change the tone for the better for some characters. However, it also has a negative point: some facial expressions and iconic moments of the originals are lost (like the VIDEO game moment or how unhinged Yukari and Iori's relationship was). But the overall experience is improved.

Also, the Linked Episodes I think has been the MVP of novelties of this version, getting to empathize and get much closer to the male characters without the need to go through 10 different phases of a usual SL. That, plus the fact that they provide more context about Strega's motivations, adds to the overall experience of P3.

The gameplay feels light, picking up what we have already seen in Persona 5 (DAMN I said p5????), and this suits Tartarus VICIOUS. There are better differentiated areas that make you more abstracted from reality and make you feel inside a distorted Babylonian tower.

I don't know, it has made me feel the experience again and has excited me almost like from the first day I played it. Persona 4 is still my favorite, but this one follows it FAR for everything (atmosphere, cast of characters and story).

Also, I think is only right to had finished Persona 3 on the last day the game lets you have some gameplay.

What can I say, im a sucker for management games and CotL has checked many ticks that I love about them.

Sure, it has rogue-like gameplay too, but those are really short and felt easy, and that’s okay. Its quick enough to be enjoyable, even tho sometimes the hitboxes are a bit off (oh and I h8 the claw weapon with all my heart! The axe was my fav tho!)

But managing your cult, keeping them from killing each other and doing rituals, buildings and such are what this game shines. The whole system works nice and felt engaging with a few edges to polish.

Honestly, Ive spent 70% of the time Ive played it just building stuff, rearranging what I had and thats all I am asking for with Cult of the Lamb.

It's amazing what this team has been able to do in a week.

The controls were a bit hit or miss and I spent about 5 minutes at the beginning trying to figure out how to advance, until I discovered the climb button (I felt like that journalist from Cuphead). But going back to Madeline and its intense platforming has been a marvel, they have managed to capture the essence of Celeste in a very contained format.

The fact that it's free makes it even more amazing, and it's enough reason to arm myself with patience (because these games usually frustrate me, in a good way) and give it a good try!

It's amazing the level to which the creations made by Portal fans can reach. I don't think I'm getting ahead of myself when I say that this is possibly one of the best Portal 2 mods.

There is something about the puzzles in the whole Portal saga that gets me, and I love puzzle games and there are many that have fascinated me, but I think this saga, officially or through mods, is special.

There are new mechanics that I had not seen before that have surprised me and new ways to solve test chambers that add a lot to this experience. They have been very fun tests in which the achievements go a long way to give an extra twist to some of the puzzles we encounter.

For all this, I can forgive that the narrative structure is very similar to Portal 2, and that the paths between tests are a corridor without much more context than what the characters tell us along the way. Honorable mention to Conly, a fun, charismatic character with whom you get attached quickly! We must protect her at all costs.

The experience, though brief, leaves a lasting impression. I would have liked to spend more time in old Aperture, where I was fascinated by the views, where nature had made its way through the technological giant that is the Aperture complex.

Definitely 100% recommended, it has its own charm and, if it weren't for the fact that I know it's a mod, it could easily be passed off as official content. Chef kiss.

I've gotten several of the endings out and, although if I'm patient enough I could get them all out, I'm not enjoying getting them all out, so I'm going to stop here. FYI, I've got the endings of Internet Overdose, Internet Runaway Angel: Be Invoked or Happy End World.

I don't think it's a bad game, but I find it a bit scattered in terms of its beginning and setting the mood. The comparison with Doki Doki is odious, but after playing it I can see that the type of game goes that way, but it lacks the base that Doki Doki builds with the characters to then give it the twist.

The loop is interesting, but I think it hasn't quite clicked, at least with me. I get the point of the toxicity of the relationship, how it influences both Ame and with the boy (us), and the control we exert from the beginning, but I don't end up seeing something beyond that some endings are along the lines of, "SHE'S SO CRAZY RIGHT?"

It makes me a bit sad because I was really looking forward to playing it and I haven't ended up enjoying it.

Unfortunately, I can't compare this game to the original, as I didn't get to play it on the Wii.

That said, I really enjoyed this sequel! The narrative part carries a hell of a lot more weight than the puzzles, especially after visiting the mansion in the first game where every nook and cranny had a secret. But that's not a bad thing per se, on the contrary, I dove right into the pool of characters, mysteries and conflicts in Lake Juliet.

The only thing I don't know how to feel about it is Matthew, as his adventure is almost a carbon copy of Ashley's adventure in the first game, but turning the figure of D in his case into a metaphor for overcoming trauma. It's not that I disliked it, but I didn't find it a marvel either.

This experience seems to me more solid, more ambitious and I think it resolves very correctly and gives closure to Ashley's adventures in a satisfactory way. Now it's her turn to live as a young adult in a normal way, I guess!

Although it loses a bit of the magic of the combination of taking advantage of the DS capabilities, I had a great time walking the paths of Blood Edward, as well as discovering the secrets that enclosed the corridors and rooms of the Edward's mansion.

In addition, D's story, the mutual support between him and Ashley and the search for memories, combined with the new and completely improved scenarios, are a perfect mix to revisit Another Code.

And not gonna lie, I was afraid after the demo after the infamous puzzle with gyroscope that they repeated a lot, but luckily it was the only one who used it and the rest are well transcribed from the language of the DS to the Switch.

I think they have managed to bring back this beautiful saga and I hope it will be well received so that, in the future, they will also bring Hotel Dusk to the Switch!

I've been immersed the past two hours having fun decyphering the puzles, solving the mystery around the office and enjoying the atmosphere they’ve created with it’s visuals and sounds. It's amazing that this game is free!

I’ve loved it!

This game is magic.

Everything about this game is so special to me, the characters, the plot, the combat system, everything. Kingdom Hearts has something that makes it unique, that captivated me from the beginning and that has made me continue by its side to this day. And I believe that no matter how much time passes, it will continue to be so, having a special place in my heart.

In the end, it doesn't matter that the camera is the hardest boss in the game, that the controls are a little bit that way or that the worlds in between don't add much. It's about adventure, about the clash of worlds, about light and dark, about people. And it also doesn't matter how deep this plot is in the game, the important thing is that it's there and it's understood (KH plot memes aside).

It's a game that I always recommend, that I always talk about, and that I'm always happy to keep in mind.

And I don't give it 5 stars because I think Kingdom Hearts 2. has everything KH1 did have potential and improve it even further.
