gets old eventually, but thankfully the game doesn't drag its feet for too long so that's not too much of an issue

yeah, it gets old. but i'm sure the updates do make it worth playing again, just gotta get my friends to hop back on it.

riddled with balance and game design issues, but there is HUGE potential here.

just pure chaos. may take some more playing for a more accurate rating to set in, but the game is amazing at it's core.

i have some great memories from this game, but there's not much to do anymore. i leave it with three stars and my respect.

this game delivers well on exactly what it promises, and when it comes to "in the background" games this is literally as good as it gets.

i don't know what makes this game (the co-op specifically) so good but it just is

probably the most underrated horror game i've played. voip is very fun, the game is ACTUALLY scary, and the different levels make the core gameplay fresh enough for you to beat them without getting bored. while i don't think i'll be coming back to it, if you have 3 people to play with, get this game.

as everyone else who plays this game has said, this game is absolute garbage. the devs have no idea what they're doing, the balance is utterly fucked, it has a community more toxic than counter strike, rainbow six siege, and call of duty combined, and it is absolutely designed to be as frustrating as possible. unfortunately, this game, at it's core, is fun. that makes it very difficult to stop playing despite how frustrating it is. just saying, don't buy this game. it's pandora's box.

this game has a few issues.

1. the new changes entirely disregard what made the game fun in the first place
2. the game stops being scary when you realize that the ghost has very predictable and repetitive patterns
3. the game NEEDS to be scary to be fun, which doesnt apply to other, better co-op horrors such as Lethal Company

in its prime, this was a five star game. unfortunately it has fallen from grace, hard.

2018

the community is horrific, the gameplay loop is egregiously boring, and the occasional fun moments do not make the rest of the game worth it.

talking points has potential to be funny sometimes but falls short a lot due to just how randomized it is. 3/5

blather 'round is extremely underrated in my opinion. it's not funny like quiplash or champ'd up, but it's just a fun party game. 4.5/5

quiplash 3 needs no explanation. 5/5

champ'd up is never played as intended, but that's okay because the way everybody plays it (ignoring the prompts after the initial fighter is drawn) is funnier anyway. 4/5

the devils and the details just kinda doesn't work. 1/5

overall a really solid jackbox pack

if you play this game with friends and know where to mess around on public servers to have fun you will never be bored

i no longer own a vr headset but playing this game with my favorite songs modded in was one of the most incredible things i've ever experienced in a game. 2nd best vr game i've ever played
