i think it might be a better game than the first but i hate the plot so much more

Absolutely the right blend of freedom, chaos, and stuff to do.

mastering the gliding in this wasn't required really but it was a ton of fun

basically tiny bird in space, but also tiny bird was a ton of fun so

the sequels never got it right.

Open world, superhero, chain together jumps and glide to slam down on a tank.

mega-hardcore, but this like gold star in movement for a platformer.

Big chunky steps. Sliding down a hill. Carefully maintaining your balance. Finding ziplines another player put down and zipping across mountains.
Unfortunately, the vibes here are horror and danger which really gets in the way of pure unimpeded movement, but there are plenty of peaceful routes too.

Climbing up a wall and measuring your stamina. Building a glider and leaping off of it to parasail while timing your wind gust ability. Racing your freefall for a quest. Parachuting into a chasm while the light disappears and the music hits an ominous chord.
