My favorite game of all time got a remaster and I’m so happy with it!! Rearranged music and new challenges to make the game ever more fun I’m so happy!! Please give this game a shot

I used to play the original at a friends house when I was a kid so when I heard this was getting a remaster I was so happy. This is the ideal remaster; it adds tons of content including some minigames and an epilogue focusing on the main villain. The main story is mostly the same other than upgraded graphics. I love this game so much! POYO!

great anniversary game with fantastic gameplay
emblems are fantastic fun new gameplay twist as well as the break mechanic
maps are fun to play and each one provides a new and unique challenge
characters are a little silly at times but have surprising depth in some supports
story is silly and can be a hot mess, but if not taken too seriously it is passable
callbacks to old games can be fanservicey but were definitely appreciated as someone who has played the majority of the series
some emblems can be out of character (this is probably my biggest gripe, what did they do to eirika)
loved the map exploration feature, felt really cool to see the areas where you were just fighting
somniel acts as a good middle ground between fates my castle and monastery, where player can choose to be as invested as they want
skill inheritance is eh, good concept imo but sp grinding is annoying and really needed to be touched up on
resource management is actually a concern for once in this game with gold and bond fragments being pretty limited, I personally enjoyed this as it made me be more careful with what I was buying and how I was spending my fragments
I played on hard classic and found the difficulty to be hard but manageable, definitely wanna do a maddening run at some point
weapon durability is gone (thank god)
Sommie is awesome
overall a great anniversary game, highly recommended for long time fans, definitely the best gameplay out of all post awakening fire emblems imo
Personally this might be one of my favorites in the series but that also might be new game syndrome
