A respectable leap forward for the LEGO genre, but it's still missing certain things that keep it from being amazing. But still I really like it! Hope to come back to it soon.

My (and many others') introduction to Animal Crossing. I really enjoyed my time here, and I'll still revisit my island every now and then, but sometimes this game felt a bit empty. Maybe because the game came out when everyone was stuck at home so everyone was super focused on it, rather than the more casual pace Animal Crossing is usually designed for.

Regardless, a very important entry in the series!

One of the best Mario Karts out there. It has a few problems (mainly battle mode) but all of my gripes were eventually addressed in 8 Deluxe so I don't feel as sour about it now.

My first Nintendo game that I owned myself, so I have a lot of fond memories with this one! The gilding and underwater mechanics are still some of my favorite additions to Mario Kart to this day, though the character roster is quite lacking, and no versus mode is strange.
