I played it on the easiest difficulty just to get the extra bits of story. So good tho. I would die trying to do this on hard mode lol

What a sequel should be. Masterful character work, and some great boss fights. Improvements on the first game in terms of gameplay and enemies, but I play games for the stories and man... elite. I finished the game on a binge which was so cinematic. Christopher Judge as Kratos is a defining role in fiction. The entire Norse Pantheon of characters that come into play here are rich and deep characters. Atreus is fun and a welcome addition to gameplay. I love it.

Something about these games that still bugs me, which is so nitpicky but I can't get over it, is that bro can't jump. I may be able to fight Odin himself, but Valhalla forbid I need to hurdle over a stone to explore a little bit.

This spider-man universe is the best spider-man universe. Yuri is THE Spider-man. Nadji Jeter is as much the perfect Miles as Shameik Moore. Their performances carry, and make up for a lot of the weaknesses. The story does have its flaws, but it is really doing SO much that it's easy to look past them because it somehow all comes together. Venom is so great, the gameplay is still fun, the world is vast, it takes ADVANTAGE of the fact that it's a next gen game, and you can tell that the devs worked at making sure each moment was an experience that pushed boundaries.

My literal only issue with this game is the reduced emphasis on stealth and that missed the web bomb and trip mine as gadgets.

I'm terrible at mastering combat in games (other than Spiderman) so I did nave to keep dropping into Padawan mode as I played, but the story is gas and the lore is gas and I didn't have performance issues playing it a few months after release and also using the dark side is gas.

I feel like I wanted more from it, but I think its because I was playing on essentially a computer monitor as a TV, and I only played when I was tired. But then again, I keep remembering things that I forgot, so I know it was actually more expansive than I'm giving it credit for. I just want mooreeeee

bro this is just the ugliest batman movie you've ever seen + quick time events. crazy lol. DNF.

Never actually owned it myself, but it existed as a staple of my childhood nonetheless. That speaks for itself lol.

80 / 100. The comeback this game made is one for the history books. But that comeback should have, and easily could have been what was launched.

81 / 100. I was the target audience to this game but I never have time to play. Got through the story with great enjoyment, but couldn't take full advantage of the multiplayer so I can't quite judge that area. Wish there was a little more. While the gameplay it does offer is super well done, and it never lied about being anything more than what it was, that single-mindedness makes it feel one dimensional.

79 / 100. The most charming little game I've ever played.

72 / 100. A really nice lego game, fun times.
