the third game in this series and the third and hopefully not last love letter final fantasys music has gotten.
as a big fan of both, final fantasy and rythm games this was a match made in heaven from the start.
i finally got to play it, hell even still am playing it since it has so many songs to unlock still; and im loving it really much. you can definitely sense love put into this game by giving it really beautiful medleys that serve as kind of homage to the best final fantasies, being able to upgrade your favorite final fantasy characters all the way up till the very end (lvl 99 does not stop you here) and beautifully chibified bossfights against the mainline and even spin off final fantasy bosses.

as someone who has played curtain call on 3ds already though, i do have to say that version is still better to me. the collection of songs is a lot more balanced between every main title, the songs are fairly easy to unlock & play, the character unlocking feels a little more rewarding.

its just me here i think, but otherwise this game is great.
