Only recommend playing this game if you have someone to play with you that is as equally willing to play one of the worst RE games with you, but if you do wind up in that scenario, I would pick this game up on sale. Just don't play this [or 6] first.

It's like this game was made for me. A visual novel with higher-than average amount of animation with rhythm game aspects with a sprinkling of melancholy that makes its moments so much sweeter.

It was an immense disappointment when I first played it, but I do plan to pick it back up one day.

Even though I felt it to be the weakest season [if you could even call this miniseries that], it's still very much worth a play through, although I question the replayability of this compared to the rest.

A great first chapter that makes me exited to start the full game. Also, I love the whole rock, paper, scissors weakness system here.

Currently taking a break, but it plays like the original but better so far. Plot shows potential, but I'm also not that far in.

Enjoyable experience, though I thought along with who I was playing both thought it would be a gay romance 'til we found out both had wives. Though, if they had become lovers, the ending would've been more impactful, just saying.

Never played the remastered version until now. Just as good as I remembered, and it's a heavy recommend. Only down half a star because of how grindy crimes can be for the platinum, but not every player will 100% the game [also recommend 100%ing the game regardless].

2017

Very cute and short visual novel. My only wish that it was longer, and if a full-fledged sequel was created, it'd be an instant pickup.

Always wanted a game like this in both atmosphere and gameplay. A solid recommend for those that enjoy games that have a focus on narrative as well as those who would enjoy the spooky vibe of the game. I fully intend to platinum it, although even if you don't plan on getting all achievements, it's best experienced with at least 2 play throughs.

One of my top three games. A weird thing to say, but it may contain my favorite fictional plot ever.

My second favorite season of the series. A must play if you like the other games in the series, but despite on how the game presents itself as being playable by itself, I heavily recommend playing the previous seasons.

A great Jackbox pack to get if you just want to get some of the best games in the series. However, for only three games, its bace price point is too similar to most of the normal packs, which all have 5 games in them, so you are best off waiting for a sale for this one. If you aren't patient enough for a sale, pack 3 has a version of all of the starter games as well as two other great games for only a few dollars extra.

Great game for a Star Trek fan, a lover of the Telltale-esque narrative game format, or ideally both.

A great sequel that tops the original. Even though I'd recommend both, if you can only play one of the two, play this one.
